Give us a quick overview on Cerebrum Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Cerebrum Infotech is a subsidiary of Seasia Infotech, a CMMI Level 5 company. Cerebrum is a Product-Based Software Company, which caters to the needs of large-scale enterprises and startups. We work with cutting-edge and robust technologies to provide our global clientele with the latest solutions. Our ready-to-buy solutions- fleet management system, education management system, e-marketplace apps, online consultation apps, online delivery applications, on-demand home services, conference management suite have been doing exceptionally well and helping our clients to automate their business operations along with providing a seamless user experience.
I began this journey a decade ago; I believe passion is what takes you forward in life. I was always zealous about mobile application development and ready to explore new things and still I am. I believe strong foundational knowledge is essential to be successful in every field.

What is your role in the management and development of Cerebrum Infotech?

As a CEO of Cerebrum Infotech, I am responsible for important company decisions, shape the organizational culture, and build business strategies. Since I am familiar with the industry, I understand the challenges and help Cerebrum Infotech minimize risks and increase revenue. I regularly communicate with shareholders and potential investors. In addition to this, I am responsible for providing the top-down direction that drives the company to function and grow.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

My biggest achievement would be creating sustainable value growth with innovative solutions. We have successfully expanded our reach towards budget-conscious consumers, and while doing so, we never compromised on quality.
I have built the team of Cerebrum Infotech from scratch, and I am proud to say that I have been able to recruit some of the best minds in the industry, who are always up for a challenge.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

To develop any app, we go through five steps, in this order: wireframe, concepts, collaborative design, prototyping, and user testing. Customer satisfaction is our top-most priority; throughout the development process, we remain in touch with the client and provide him/her with regular updates so that we can accommodate any feedback/changes within the timeframe. We break the tasks into smaller parts and have internal deadlines to complete them; retrospective meetings help us look back at the events and develop innovative solutions to difficult problems. It ensures that we provide quality products to our clients on time. We have client advocates in the company, whose tasks are to ensure clients get the best services (in every respect) from us.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

I believe in understanding the client requirements to the core before starting to work on the project. We do extensive client business research to come up with solutions relevant to the business. We ask the following questions to our clients to help them choose the right and profitable platform for app development:

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Hybrid apps are built with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, while Native apps require specific technology and language for a specific platform; for instance, Swift for iOS, Java for Android. Native apps can be fully optimized for better performance. On the other hand, hybrid apps are faster and easier to develop. Both native and hybrid apps have their pros and cons. We analyze our clients' requirements and suggest them a solution that is apt for their business.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We believe in providing quality products to our clients. We offer an easy and flexible payment structure: pay-per-phase services along with monthly subscriptions for maintenance-based projects. A number of technical as well as non-technical things go into account while setting a budget, such as customization requests, requirements of clients, project complexity, etc.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

I am happy to say that our products have played an extensive role in automating operations, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing the revenue of our clients. Products of Cerebrum Infotech are scalable and supplement business strategies. We serve varied industries; we have small to mid-size and to Enterprise level clients. At Cerebrum Infotech, we have 75% recurring customers, which is proof of our dedication towards designing quality products and providing client satisfaction.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

Listening to client requirements and staying true to your organization’s values are the most important things that I believe lead to client satisfaction. Apart from that, we exercise the following things:

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

At Cerebrum Infotech, we make use of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Data Analytics etc. I believe high-level efforts are a key piece of strategy, along with vision and goals to update your system in pace with the technological advancements. I keep my organization abreast with the latest technologies to deliver “on-time and on-budget.”

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are hot topics in the IT and business world. These technologies enable a smart and interactive environment. AR / VR overlay digital content seamlessly into the real world; it bridges the digital and physical world. In my opinion, these developing technologies hold enormous value for changing the manner in which IT and businesses work.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Mobile phones have sneaked into our life with such ferocity that there is no looking back. With the rising user expectations, new territories are explored in mobile technology each day. There will be a lot more improvements in new domains that are turning to mobile app solutions such as healthcare, education, and banking. In the coming years, we will see a fast-paced development in blockchain and IoT.
