Cerebrum Infotech is a subsidiary of Seasia Infotech, a CMMI Level 5 company. Cerebrum is a Product-Based Software Company, which caters to the needs of large-scale enterprises and startups. We work with cutting-edge and robust technologies to provide our global clientele with the latest solutions. Our ready-to-buy solutions- fleet management system, education management system, e-marketplace apps, online consultation apps, online delivery applications, on-demand home services, conference management suite have been doing exceptionally well and helping our clients to automate their business operations along with providing a seamless user experience.
I began this journey a decade ago; I believe passion is what takes you forward in life. I was always zealous about mobile application development and ready to explore new things and still I am. I believe strong foundational knowledge is essential to be successful in every field.
What is your role in the management and development of Cerebrum Infotech?
As a CEO of Cerebrum Infotech, I am responsible for important company decisions, shape the organizational culture, and build business strategies. Since I am familiar with the industry, I understand the challenges and help Cerebrum Infotech minimize risks and increase revenue. I regularly communicate with shareholders and potential investors. In addition to this, I am responsible for providing the top-down direction that drives the company to function and grow.
Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
My biggest achievement would be creating sustainable value growth with innovative solutions. We have successfully expanded our reach towards budget-conscious consumers, and while doing so, we never compromised on quality.
I have built the team of Cerebrum Infotech from scratch, and I am proud to say that I have been able to recruit some of the best minds in the industry, who are always up for a challenge.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
To develop any app, we go through five steps, in this order: wireframe, concepts, collaborative design, prototyping, and user testing. Customer satisfaction is our top-most priority; throughout the development process, we remain in touch with the client and provide him/her with regular updates so that we can accommodate any feedback/changes within the timeframe. We break the tasks into smaller parts and have internal deadlines to complete them; retrospective meetings help us look back at the events and develop innovative solutions to difficult problems. It ensures that we provide quality products to our clients on time. We have client advocates in the company, whose tasks are to ensure clients get the best services (in every respect) from us.

AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are hot topics in the IT and business world. These technologies enable a smart and interactive environment. AR / VR overlay digital content seamlessly into the real world; it bridges the digital and physical world. In my opinion, these developing technologies hold enormous value for changing the manner in which IT and businesses work.
What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
Mobile phones have sneaked into our life with such ferocity that there is no looking back. With the rising user expectations, new territories are explored in mobile technology each day. There will be a lot more improvements in new domains that are turning to mobile app solutions such as healthcare, education, and banking. In the coming years, we will see a fast-paced development in blockchain and IoT.
