Give us a quick overview on Cerebrum Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Cerebrum Infotech is an app development company. It’s known for its quality products that use cutting-edge technology. We have clients all across the world, and we take immense pride in serving 75% recurring customers. 

During the pandemic, we managed to double our revenue as our ready-to-use mobile applications for B2B marketplace became talk of the town. Last year, Cerebrum Infotech has built CereKart- the online ordering and delivery system, CereHome- the homeservices app, CereConsult- the online consultation app, CereDeliver- the delivery app for all businesses, Fleet management system, and education management system. 

From my school days, I have always been interested in new technology; it was my passion to build apps. I didn’t have an ounce of doubt that I wanted to be a part of the IT sector and make robust apps. I learned every minute detail of the app development process, and since then, there's no looking back. I gained experience and kept on following my passion.


What is your role in the management and development of Cerebrum Infotech?

Since I am the CEO of Cerebrum Infotech, it’s my job to devise strategies and implement them to ensure the company is on the right track. I am responsible for ensuring that employees are well-versed with the goals of the organization and they understand the industry we are serving. It’s my task to evaluate the performance of senior executives; I believe if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it!
 

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry?

The biggest achievement in the industry would be ensuring the success of Cerebrum Infotech even in the pandemic. During those tough times, I, along with my supportive team, was able to double the revenue of Cerebrum Infotech. As a CEO, you have to make decisions quickly and ensure that those decisions are fruitful for the company.
 
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?  

At Cerebrum Infotech, we value our clients and deliver them the best services before the timeline. To do so, proper management of time is required. We have five stages of app development- pre design, design, development, testing, and support.

We break the project into small segments and focus on them, that is how we ensure that we don’t miss deadlines and provide our clients with unmatchable products.  
 
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Before finalizing the platform, we ask clients a couple of questions like the pain points that the app will be solving, who will be the users, what are the demands of customers- both present and future, and keep in mind the mobile app trends. Also, the type of platform that we choose also depends upon the pricing and features that client wants.
 

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Native apps are fast, on the other hand, hybrid apps are easier and faster to develop. Again, it all depends upon the requirements of clients. Android is used by many different manufacturers and iOS is used by Apple; thus it all comes down to the target audience of the business.
 
 
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We cater to small, medium, and big businesses. We offer pay per milestone model and fixed price model. Clients can choose whichever is best for them. We discuss the client requirements in detail and guide them.
 
How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

I am happy to say that we are getting positive feedback from our clients. Since all our products can be customized and scalable, clients are satisfied with them. We have 75% recurring customers from across the globe, which is a proof of our quality.  
 
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

In my opinion, transparency is of utmost importance when it comes to client satisfaction. At Cerebrum Infotech, we are always transparent with them. Also, we believe in having regular communication with clients; that’s why the company ensures that clients are informed about every little progress in the project. To gain the trust of clients, it’s integral to deliver quality projects and that too on time.
 
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

We keep an eye on changing business trends, and technological advancements, and make it a point to train our team so that they are well-versed with the new technology. 


What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?  

AR, VR, and IoT are here to stay! We have been incorporating all these technologies into our products to provide clients with the best experience. These technologies not only enhance customer experience, but help a company build a positive reputation by being quick in providing the latest functionalities to users.
 

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

In the future, we will see AI and integration of cloud, and they will play an integral role in the mobile app development, and users will have a more personalized experience with the advancements in technology.
