Give us a quick overview on Jploft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Jploft started with a solid execution plan in 2015 with a small team of 4 developers. It is a leading web, mobile applications, and enterprise software development company based in Jaipur, India with a global presence in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

The main motivation for starting Jploft Solutions is to provide employee empowerment and a 100% commitment to customers. We love to keep transparency, so we have regular communication with our clients.


What is your role in the management and development of Jploft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

As the Director of Jploft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., my job is to ensure that not only my customers but also my employees are satisfied and happy. I do this by furnishing qualitative work to our customers and by catering to an optimum work environment for our employees.

For me, right management is very important because it acts as a pillar in the growth of a business. So, if anyone wants to add features to their cap, then they must do something extraordinary.


Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry?

For us, our achievement is that we provide the project of our clients within the time-span and this is why 90% of our clients are interested in working with us again. They love to keep a long-term relationship with us because we deal with complex business structuring through technology.


How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We follow Agile methodology with sprint cycles and detailed planning of the entire process. Before starting the project we take its estimated reach with analysis and wire-framing then we begin with the Designing Process and get approval from the client so that the client gets satisfied with the Designs. Then, it will further be followed with the development phase. We schedule deliverables for each milestone which are defined during the discovery phase itself.


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Our research-oriented team is always on the lookout for the latest technologies in the market. Also, the platforms which are profitable to the client as per the user functionality will be researched and we will suggest the best options for the app development. Our client's target audience helps us decide the suitable platform. For example, if the app targets the mass market, the most popular platforms such as iOS and Android will be prioritized.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

I will opt for native app development for successful and lucrative business advancement. Although local development requires greater investment of time and resources, it gives a better end-user experience, which is now one of the main reasons for an application to be successful. It has the best user experience; it gives the opportunity to constantly bring our audience for more, which is the key to a successful app.


How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

1. Fixed price model

In this model, we offer a fixed fee and a time limit for a particular project as per the scope freeze.
 
2. Time & material model

In this model, we put 1 or more team members into projects on a scheduled basis. We usually bill customers monthly for all services provided along with the weekly and monthly reports.
 
3. Dedicated model

Working Directly with Designer/Developer

5. Blended with Offshore Project Manager

Same as Model A, but with an experienced Project Manager


How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?


We see one of our key success metrics as being the ability to drive new revenue for our clients. We pride ourselves on building the right solution for clients rather than building the first thing they asked for. It's about helping clients understand the opportunity, helping them understand potential challenges, asking tough questions, and ultimately working with our clients to build the product that's most likely to win in the marketplace.


What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

Jploft believes in transparency and for us communication is the main factor that keeps the clients satisfied. We keep in touch with the client during the project and keep them updated about every step taken in the project. Not only we, but also the clients clear their doubts and this helps in understanding every aspect of their views.
 
We send our clients progress reports and ask them for regular feedback. This helps us in improvising and delivering great results.


How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Jploft Solutions has a team that entirely focuses on delivering out-of-the-box. To get to know modern innovations deeply, we not only do complete research, but also interact with the technology giants.
 
After the research, the ideas are analyzed and they are implemented to develop our system. We use the latest tools and methodologies to make sure that our team is working on the new trends so that we can provide the best services to our clients.


What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?


AR, VR, and IoT technologies can change the IT world and to some extent, it has succeeded. This is the reason why we adopted these technologies.
 
Augmented reality-based mobile apps have substantially improved the various business sectors.
Because of VR, the entertainment and education industries are getting huge benefits.
IoT has positively improved our lifestyles and this revolutionizing technology is ready to change the world.
 

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

We know that mobile is the fastest-growing consumer device segment and it reflects the vivid future of mobile technology.

The advent of ML, AI, AR, VR, and IoT capabilities onto mobile devices will not only help in outlining the prospect of mobile apps but will also dramatically shift the market. There is no full-stop to its growth as this is only going to grow. Hence, the future of mobile technology will be remarkable and exciting.
