The Telestore Refurbished Mobile Retailer
A long-term design and development partnership that helped Telestore scale with better UX, mobile performance, and smart e-commerce features.
Initial Collaboration
The collaboration between Telestore, a Swedish retailer of refurbished mobile phones, and ECO & Tech began in February 2023. Initially, Telestore approached us to refine an incomplete Figma mockup for their e-commerce platform, aiming for a visually appealing design optimized for conversions and a smoother customer experience. The first project focused on designing new pages from scratch, primarily focusing on UX and UI elements, including customer reviews, improving the user interface (colors, typography, CTAs), and ensuring full mobile responsiveness.
Expanded Services
Over two years, our role expanded beyond the initial redesign to encompass a total of five projects completed or in progress, with over 90 hours invested. Key areas of collaboration included dedicated UX (approx. 32 hours), UI development (approx. 40 hours), and mobile design edits (approx. 18 hours). Our team, comprising a Project Manager, CTO, and UX/UI Designer, delivered the initial redesign, leading to continued cooperation on subsequent assignments.
Ongoing Impact
Our attentiveness to detail and cooperative approach has fostered a long-term partnership with Telestore. The success of the partnership has been validated by positive feedback from the client's recommender, who expressed confidence in passing customers to ECO & Tech within the Swedish niche. We remain a dedicated team, ready to create new websites, apps, UX/UI solutions, and work on any project in e-commerce and other industries for Telestore.
Future Plans
Our partnership continues to evolve with a strong focus on enhancing the user experience. We are currently implementing smart, continuous design improvements based on user behavior for more intuitive navigation, with particular attention to mobile design for smoother performance across all devices. Future plans also include weaving in cutting-edge personalization through AI-powered features like tailored product suggestions, predictive search, and non-robotic chat support.
