Give us a quick overview on Trigma. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in web design and development?

We began our journey in 2008 with a community of the sharpest minds who carry a view of presenting the solution with innovation. For web development & designing, we focus on delivering a simple yet emerging scope that matches our customer’s business requirements and strategies. We have developers with hyper-fluent knowledge of coding and designers who leverage the latest technologies to allow outstanding design services to their clients. We believe in Accelerated Delivery & Satisfied Outcomes that makes us one of the leading services providers.

What is your role in the management and development of Trigma?

Back in 2008, I founded Trigma and in this time span, we've made tremendous progress by serving the best in the industry. I make sure to set the overall objective and strategy of the company and communicate this direction regularly to employees & clients. I carry a vision about the company’s future, to which the company is headed, and work towards reducing uncertainty and volatility. Every day, my main mission is to assure my team is following the right steps towards the big picture.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

We've gained a lot of accomplishments during our journey. From working with the biggest firms like Samsung, Whirlpool, Disney, Shell to earning top developer company badge and position, we've come a long way. Credit goes to my team for working round the clock and delivering on par with the expectations. We feel motivated and work hard to revolutionize software design, creation and we think disruptively to help our clients succeed. Because after all, client satisfaction is our biggest achievement.

How do you schedule the development phases of the web design and development projects to promise the timeline to your clients?

We have detailed online meetings/conferences with the clients to understand the objectives, vision and the desired features.

Then we create graphical documents of the same in the form of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Architecture Diagram.

Once approved, we move to wireframes/mockups/design phase. Each static screen is linked with its another screen to ensure the workflow and dataflow of all users across the application is clear among all stakeholders

Now comes the development phase. We divide the entire project into small releases aka sprints. There is a detailed sprint discussion meeting at the beginning of the sprints and one at the end or sprint review meeting.

There is a daily standup meeting each day of sprint to answer only three questions:

What was done yesterday?

What will be done today?

Any issues/blockers / challenges?

Each release is deployed on the test/staging environment using CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual errors/interventions.

Finally post bug fixes we deploy the code in the production environment and move to the AMC mode.

Which framework, programming or scripting languages do you prefer for web development? How do you convince your clients for the same?

For all our new clients, we prefer MEAN / MERN stack for the web applications and API Development

We provide a slab of efforts and timelines across LAMP, MEAN / MERN.

For the mobile applications, we offer PWA, Hybrid as well as Native Applications.

We discuss the pros and cons of each and then based on the client’s budget and preference we pick the technology stack.

What would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, when it comes to web design and development? How do you define the factors that influenced you make this choice?

As a service provider, one needs to be as honest as possible with the client

We not only listen to the client’s vision and requirements, but also make it a point to alert or advise on any risks/add-ons that may have skipped their minds.

Try to upgrade our skills so that we are up to the upcoming standards of the application development methodology

Release the software in small incremental releases aka sprints

Client communication is the key. We try to make the client the active stakeholder of the project and appraise them of the current project situation and progress.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

Model depends upon the client’s business goals.

Once freezing the client’s requirements and features, we conduct a thorough market pricing analysis and how customers will use the client's product or service based on the specific and urgent needs.

Study the structure of the competitors’ pricing. We also consider the substitutes a customer may use to solve the task or problem that your product or service addresses.

After complete analysis we create a pricing strategy and execution plan which includes different pricing strategies: 1. Penetration pricing, 2. Economy pricing, 3. Premium pricing, 4. Price skimming, 5. Promotional pricing, 6. Psychological pricing, 7. Versioning, 8. Sandwich pricing, 9. Competitive pricing, 10. Value pricing.

We select any of the pricing strategies based upon customer, market and competitive analysis.

How helpful are the web design and development made by Trigma for your clients in enhancing their business?

We strongly believe that “A user interface is like a joke. If you have to explain it, it’s not that good”. If a user is still not clear what exactly a web application or a website is supposed to do, then the UI /UX has failed.

We design the user experience after studying the context and the target audience of the application.

We make use of A/B testing to have an optimum UI/UX and good conversion rate.

We use various drip campaigns to increase the user registrations and interactions with the application.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction for web development?

For this we follow below mentioned steps:

Collect customer feedback

Share feedback across all the team members.

Turn customer feedback into action.

Reply on each feedback.

If the customer requests features, we can’t yet deliver, we always update them on the progress. This lets us keep customer satisfaction levels high.

Do regular follow up with the customer, keeping your customers in the loop shows that your business values customer feedback.

Keep on measuring customer satisfaction on a regular basis.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

What are your thoughts about material design, progressive web app and Internet of Things (IoT)?

Bootstrap and Material designs currently used in almost 90% of designs.

Whereas bootstrap is lightweight, but the material design is good for web applications which would be used on latest browsers and fast internet connections.

PWA is the first step by a client to move to mobile applications. We encourage them to go for PWA, then hybrid application and finally move to native applications.

We believe that the IoT based solutions would be the future. We have dedicated a small team to look for upcoming tools, libraries and frameworks to ensure we are making use of best industry standards for battle ready solutions

What do you think will be the future of web design and development technology?

○ As per our understanding, the future is IoT, Big Data, and AI/ML. These would not only rule web development but mobile as well as embedded systems too. Very soon anything we design or develop would be platform and technology independent as it would part of a larger framework.
