Give us a quick overview on Anideos. When and how did you begin this journey, and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Anideos is a full-stack production house based in New York with years of professional experience under its belt. Our mission is to revolutionize the animation and tech industry with fresh and innovative ideas. We specialize in video animations of all sorts, including 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and more. We’ve also won the hearts of hundreds of clients globally with our next-gen mobile apps and websites.

I started my professional career years back as an entrepreneur and business analyst. Captivated by the industry trends, I found Anideos in 2019 and made massive efforts to position it as the best app development company. And since then, I’ve been on an endless journey to learn new things every day. I’ve made mistakes along the way, but those mistakes shaped me into what I am today and motivated me to work harder toward a brighter future!

Since day one, our motive has been quite clear – to stand out in the crowded app marketplace. So, leveraging my vast experience in the tech market, I’ve helped startups and enterprise businesses scale from the ground up and keep pace with the transformative world. We aim to continue to have a solid footprint in the app development space.

What is your role in the management and development of Anideos?

I’ve worked hard to create a space where an artist's craft is respected and the developer's code is appreciated. As the CEO of Anideos, I’m focused on discovering new business avenues and growth opportunities. My role revolves around strategic decision-making regarding the organization’s overall operations and management. Apart from that, I’m incredibly involved in coordinating and managing key partnerships with small and large-scale businesses globally.

Initially, Anideos had a weak brand positioning in the app development sector. So, I used my over-years learned tactics to pinpoint where we were lacking and how it could be catered. We started analyzing the target audience’s pain points and touch points. Following that, we began public profiling and used case studies and portfolios to demonstrate the brand's capacity to produce next-gen apps and websites. We also emphasized stepping up marketing initiatives to reach new consumers.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry.

We have had the honor of on boarding prestigious organizations like Roche Pharma, Kraft Heinz, Stanford University, and Boston University in less than three years of launching Anideos from scratch. Also, one of our outstanding accomplishments has been working for US Government Departments, including Blue Halo and the Department of Defense.

How do you schedule the marketing phases of various projects creatively?

For a seamless workflow, I have a committed team allotted to each project who knows their job best. We organize daily scrum meetings to check the project’s progress and ensure everyone is on the same page and knows what’s going on. Plus, depending on the scope and nature of the project, we also schedule sprints to prioritize tasks and boost coordination.

How does Anideos help the clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development and its marketing?

Each client’s needs, target segment, and requirements differ. So, as a team at Anideos, we prioritize understanding each client’s needs first. Based on the collected information, we propose the ideal app development platform that meets the client’s budget and fits their long-term goals.

As for marketing the app, I believe it is highly beneficial to choose the platform where the client's target audience resides the most, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Miracles don’t happen overnight. Thus, if the client is just starting or in the initial marketing phase, we suggest they start small and direct their efforts to that one channel their target market is most active on.

Which would Anideos as a company suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? What are the factors that Anideos considers to make this choice?

Native and Hybrid apps are both useful in one way or the other. It all depends on what the client’s end goals are. However, if I had to choose between Native or Hybrid, I would choose the latter. And I also have a solid reason for picking Hybrid over the other option. Hybrid apps are faster and easier to develop than Native apps.

Plus point, these apps can be deployed on multiple devices, making them a great option to reach more people. We would suggest Hybrid for successful business progression because these apps are a cost-effective and time-efficient option - they come with lesser risks and higher ROI projections.

How does Anideos scheme the pricing model and fix the budget for a project?

Budget is a crucial part of each project, so we at Anideos carefully estimate every factor that adds to the overall cost.When budgeting each app development project, we consider various factors, such as the types/number of features and add-ons/change requests.

The pricing model is typically LOE-driven; it depends on the services the client avails of. We approximate how much time, money, and resources the end product demands to sum up the total cost.

Give a brief idea about the latest digital marketing strategies you devise for promoting client’s business.

Well, there is no universal solution, or one size fits all approach to market a business effectively. What works for one business may or may not work for others. Thus, we keep experimenting recurrently with new tactics and strategies when it comes to marketing.

Although we don’t offer digital marketing services, if a client requests it, we often suggest the ideal approach to meet their business needs. This one time, we developed an app, and the client inquired about the best marketing strategies to promote their products. Since the product was unique, we asked the client to implement the penetration pricing strategy to create awareness, attract a wide fraction of the market, and then gradually switch to value-based pricing.

Other than that, we also recommend strategies such as SEO, community building, social media, and content marketing to cater to a larger audience and gain traffic over time.

How do you update your marketing strategies to be in pace with the ever innovating communication networks?

Since the marketing landscape is evolving daily, I believe using innovative digital marketing strategies is necessary now more than ever to seize growth opportunities and be relevant in today’s world. So, to stay updated with the latest trends, we reevaluate and refine our marketing efforts to avoid becoming stale or lost in the clutter.

Although Anideos is a US-based firm, we have clients from around the world. Considering this, we target digital mediums and focus on social media marketing to reach potential customers. We also rely on listing sites like to gain trust and grow our customer base. Along with this, we are also focused on digital PR. All these efforts have greatly aided us in being a prominent name in the app development sector.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT)?

The future belongs to IoT, VR, and AR. We've already observed them in numerous industries like gaming and healthcare. By fusing the finest of the physical and digital world, they have already demonstrated their value in our daily lives and continue providing distinctive experiences. When paired with the constantly changing patterns, we will likely witness what else they have to offer.

I think it's time for businesses to target their customers with these immersive tech solutions if they want to produce a wow impact.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

It is incredible what we have accomplished with mobile technology today; looking back a few decades, who would have predicted that we would be able to connect the entire world in the palm of our hands? In my view, this is just the beginning. Given how quickly technology is progressing, I think mobile technology will have a far bigger impact on the corporate world and how businesses conduct their operations. One example that comes to my mind is DApps.

Your thoughts on the future of digital marketing in this continuously digitizing business world.

Today’s world is rapidly digitizing, opening up new opportunities every day. Compared to prior eras, social interactions now rely more on digital platforms. We have reached a turning point where technology, such as AI, and cloud computing, allows enterprises to blend the virtual and real worlds seamlessly.

Practically almost all B2C businesses and FMCGs have ventured into the digital space and market their offerings on eCommerce sites. However, this has also increased competition. Thus, delivering high-quality services or products isn’t sufficient anymore; you also need to be able to react rapidly to shifting market conditions to secure a place in the digital world.
