Give us a quick overview on Ingenuity Global Consulting. When and how did your journey begin with the organization?
Ingenuity is a web and mobile development agency that has been delighting customers for the past at 8 years. I was a customer of Ingenuity for 2 years and after forming a great relationship with their team, and believing in their potential, I decided to join the team, I’ve been working with Ingenuity for 6 years now, and it’s been a great experience.

In short, how will you describe your responsibilities at Ingenuity Global Consulting
I’ve worn multiple hats during my time with Ingenuity, from Business Development, to Operations, to Strategy, and whatever else is needed. Currently, I’m working here as Chief Strategy Officer. I assist the team and our clients in the identification and development of long term, value creating solutions to customer needs.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

My biggest achievements have been personal, I’ve been fortunate to be able to do something I love and have helped my peers grow and achieve their goals. My biggest achievement would in leveraging my experience in training and mentoring designers, developers, and entrepreneurs.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Ingenuity is primarily an agile development agency. We work closely with our customers to understand their business and end user’s needs and to develop a plan to meet their objectives both on time and within their budget.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

We take a consultative approach with our customers and believe that we can assist them in making the best technology decisions to meet their objectives only when we truly understand their goals. We are tool/platform agnostic and advocate the best solutions to meet our client’s needs.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
There are some compromises to be made, which needs to be understood when selecting hybrid apps as a solution. We work with our clients in understanding their user experience, performance, cost, and business strategy requirements in determining the best solution to meet their needs. This is a constantly evolving space and to navigate it properly requires understanding the immediate as well as the long-term needs of our clients.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
Our pricing is competitive based on the high level of service that we offer. We don’t compete on price alone, but also on the value we create for our customers. We offer several contracting models including Time and Material, Fixed Bid, and Flexible Fixed. We understand that different clients may require different models and try to provide enough flexibility to ensure the successful delivery of all our solutions.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
I would say our solutions are very helpful, our process ensure that we understand our client’s needs and we advise our clients on the best way to meet both their technical and non-technical goals.
Unlike many other development companies, we also have an in-house design team that has extensive experience in everything from branding/strategy, graphic design and illustration, and front-end UI/UX design. We believe the diversity of our team’s skills and expertise provides us with a unique advantage in solving a client’s problems.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
We believe that if we understand our client’s needs and apply our processes, tools, and expertise towards addressing those needs, everyone will be successful.

How do you strategize your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
We constantly evaluate changes in the marketplace and to the technological landscape to anticipate the future needs of our markets and customers. Additionally, we have a dedicated training team so we can rapidly introduce new tools and solutions to our internal development and design teams as well as to our clients.

What are your thoughts about AR/ VR and IoT?

In the short-term AR/VR and IoT will be limited to specific use cases in specific industries.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
Over time, mobile technology will become more ubiquitous and more transparent. As this occurs and the industry transitions from a screen-based user experience, AR/VR and IoT will start coming into their own for more broad-based consumer use cases. Additionally, as IoT technology becomes more flexible and less dependent on large amounts of pre-installed infrastructure, its use cases will expand as well.
