Give us a quick overview on Inveitix. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app and web development?

Inveitix is a software development outsourcing company with main development office in Vratsa, Bulgaria. The company started as a sequel to a software academy that we successfully created in our home town Vratsa


What is your role in the management and development of Inveitix?

I am the head of web department in the company. Responsible for successful delivery of projects balancing between perfect quality and deadlines and whenever possible achieve both :)


Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

It is probably the establishing and developing firm in the digital industry ofin Vratsa town. It is a combination of the successful work of both Vratsa Software Community and Inveitix. When we started in 2014 the software industry was at zero level in Vratsa: no trainings and education, no companies, and no interest in local people. We copied the model of some of the most successful IT academies in Bulgaria. Today,Nowadays there are 4 digital companies in Vratsa, a coworking space and lots of opportunities for IT events and trainings. And, we haven’t started the growth phase yet.


How do you schedule the development phases of the web apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
   
We try to work on smaller phases so it is easier for planning. With each client we have different communication and experience so with each phase we get better at planning for the specific project. We also try to deliver MVP to and something to connectproduction and with real users as soon as possible so that the client can make decisions based on real cases and users.


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for web development?


The first part is to understand the needs and the goals of our clients, so we try to be very good listeners and ask the right questions based on our experience. Then it depends on the specific project: some clients have their tech team that has already chosen the tech stack, some rely only on us to define best technologies. We have most experience with Laravel and for CMS projects WordPress but we use lots of other technologies.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

I would suggest Native apps because they have better performance and are more secure. This leads to better overall functionality and greater customer experience.
           

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

When it is a smaller project (up to 3 months) we can make it on a fixed price. Otherwise we either separate it on phases or work on time and materials. 


How helpful are the web apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

We have a lot of successful case studies. Our clients share how our applications boosted their business and helped them improve their online presence, grow their audience, and eventually attracting more clients.


What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

   
We have a four-step process that we go through with every client.

First, we define client problems and needs. We listen carefully and ask a lot of questions in order to make sure that we have got into the client’s shoes.

After that we do our research, create a description of the project and propose our solution.

Thirdly, we gather a capable team with all the needed skills to complete the project. During the work process, we guide the team and keep the client constantly updated on our progress.

The final step is refining the project. We train and support the client’s team with the new software. If needed we make improvements to make sure that the software is perfectly suitable for the client’s needs.


How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
   
Each member of our dev team attends technical conferences every year. They also spend at least 5 hours weekly in learning new things or experimenting with some technologies. We also have sessions for sharing knowledge between different teams.  


What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

These are areas with a lot of potential for future development. They are moving customer experience forward by offering a lot more personalization.


What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

I think that they will get better and better in terms of battery life, convenience, speed and overall functionality, Most of the internet now is on mobile, and it will continue to grow.
