Give us a quick overview on Nectarbits. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, Nectarbits is a mobile and web development company that began its operations in 2009. Our app development service helps clients worldwide to accomplish the goals and carve out a distinctive niche in the market. What is your role in the management and development of Nectarbits?

I am a founder and CEO of the company and chiefly focus on sales and marketing activities to expand business globally while keeping the business in a profitable state. I also work as a technical leader and work closely with the team so that all of us can learn, grow, and thrive together as a whole in a company.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

In a matter of a decade, NectarBits has served more than 500 clients and manage to sustain a high percentage of the clients because of the top-notch development services. We are also recognized by one of the leading research and review platforms as a top mobile app development company continuously for two years in a row.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We listen to client requirements to understand the business goals completely. Later, the team conceptualizes the app development idea after brainstorming how the app can be developed, designed, tested, and launched precisely. The agile methodology is followed to break the app development project into a couple of sprints. The set of features to include in every sprint and its timeline is defined to finish the development before the deadline.

The project development progress as per the planning, and as the sprints completed, they are sent to the clients for approval and avoid unexpected pullbacks. There will be a meeting with the client after every sprint development to know their views and the changes they want in the app development so that project can be delivered at the right time with everything that client expects.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

The discovery workshop conducted where we note down the client requirements, expectations, and goals for the business application. The preferences for the development platform, technology leverage, and target audience identified. Later, our business analysts and project manager sit together to analyze the business necessities for the platform, end-users, and competition so that the end product can meet business objectives alongside gives an edge to the business. We make suggestions, not compel the client for anything as we want to guide them through a path so that the app will land the business on a positive growth trajectory.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Every client has different project requirements, project scope, and development budget, which plays a key role in making suggestions for native and hybrid apps. Mostly, we give more credence to native app development because of the high performance, core functions accessibility, high resolution, elegant UI, and scalability they provide over hybrid apps. However, the cost and timeline are two critical factors, which influence the decision, and the hybrid is the way to achieve the same.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We offer three types of price models to enable the clients with a different set of requirements to flexibly work with us. They are:

Fixed price model: When the development requirements freeze in the beginning, then project complexity, resources need, development methodology, and working hours are a couple of factors used to fixed the development cost.
Hourly-based model: In this model, the cost depends on the number of working hours invested in the project development multiplied by the price of one working hour. However, the changes are welcome, which automatically increases the cost as the working hours surge.
Developers for hire: The developers to complete the ongoing project are provided to the companies to finish the development. The developers work for a specific time interval at a fixed price.

We have witnessed great advancements in these technologies, but their potential is not exploited yet to the fullest, which signals there’s a lot of room to experiment and explore. What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Undoubtedly, mobile app development is the hottest trend in the industry, which is not going to slow down sooner or later.
