Give us a quick overview of NEKLO LLC. When and how did you begin this journey and what are your motives in app development?

NEKLO is an American custom software development and ecommerce solutions provider founded in 2009. We focus on high-loaded web development, mobile application development, custom software, and integrated ecommerce solutions. We also provide the full spectrum of Magento-based services. NEKLO has developed more than 40 Magento extensions, and we don't stop there.

When we work on app development, our key motive is to bring the client's idea to life and deliver a successful project. We also respect the business communication and agreements that we reach. Overall, we are eager to serve our clients in the best possible way.

What is your role in the management and development of NEKLO LLC?

There are 3 steps of the marketing process in the field of IT product management and development that my department and I are engaged in:

• Strategy development;

• Market analysis and promotion;

• Assistance to the sales department;

The second step includes the largest number of tasks for our specialists. Along with collecting the analytical data and determining the details of promotion such as target region, audience, and marketing channels, we also promote our software products and the company itself as a team of experienced developers and as a reliable vendor of IT services. Here, we form and analyze a database of potential customers interested in purchasing our software product, as well as search for customers looking to outsource software development.

In digital marketing, it has become much more important not to make a mistake in the key message that is delivered through ad campaigns. Internet audience today is not only a viewer of your ad, but also a distributor, often providing your ad with a viral effect. That is why the cost of a mistake can be very pretty high.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT)?

The XR Technologies may become the fastest way to bring the key message, as the technology helps strengthen the visual empathy between the brand and the customer. Marketers will become able to develop interactive scenarios in which the user plays a major role. This approach will enable customers to have a multi-sensory experience just like in the real world. Such format as storytelling will become much more tangible and interesting.

What do you think will be the future role of mobile technology in digital marketing?

Content for smartphones began to stand out as a standalone trend. The share of visits and orders from the mobile version of websites continues to grow. So, optimization for smartphones is now a necessity.

Your thoughts on the future of marketing in this continuously digitizing business world.

Over the past few years, there has been a need for fast content generation and consumption in digital marketing. Content that allows you to get a lot of information with maximum time savings has come to the fore. For example, short videos, digests, infographics, quick guides, etc.

While customers are moving many of their day-to-day tasks online during the 2020 lockdown, marketers are looking for ways to drive their interest in their service or product.

In terms of IT companies, the process is moving towards absolute digital marketing.
