Give us a quick overview of Ambient Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey, and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Being a part of India Best MSME award and as a Magento& Shopify Partner, Ambient Infotech is a Jaipur based IT firm. Ambient Infotech is working from last eight years in Magento profile and well-established agency in this field. They also provide service for the full development of various technologies, 3rd party API integration work, graphic& web designing, Frameworks like Laravel, Zend, Yii, Code-ignitor, Shopify, Open-cart, Linux & server work, SEO and many more. But mainly they are specialist in Magento Profile, and they had completed more than 200 projects in Magento. These services are based on our organization to run up our business in a proper format. Ambient has expert and professional team for the Magento profile as I can say, well-practiced certified Magento developers. The main focus of the Ambient is to gain more knowledge about Magento and enjoy with advanced functionality and will provide the best service to customers. Because having unparalleled quality, Ambient has always, good reviews about their clients and always take care of their client requirement.

Ambient Infotech is founded by Hitesh Goyal and Madan Mohan Mantri in 2014 and the word Ambient abridge the distinctive property in the market. What is your role in the management and development of Ambient Infotech?

Now the things come up to this question, roles for Ambient Infotech. So a great admiration for me to manage Ambient Infotech in such a right way, and I am honored to have this organization in this position.

There are following things which make me feel like a respectable dignity of Ambient Infotech, always lead the team in a positive direction with market & business strategies, involvement with team members during work format to motivate them and for finding the best & quality solution for the customer, being a good consultant maintain the decorum & extended relationship with the customers for enhancing this business and team.


Tell us about your most significant achievement in the industry.

About my accomplishment in this organization is to take a stand in every situation for growing this company, because stability is the key to success.
When I start this journey many times I face up and downs before getting stability, but I always learn from my mistakes. I always say this quote to myself when I feel discouraged, "never give up in any situation, fight until you win." And every achievement of mine is through this statement with smart-work, and I always wait with patience for results.


How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

Many consider that the timeline and cost of any requirement are essential, but to me, the quality is a smart way to a faster process is the primary concern. Before scheduling any project, try to understand the project in deeply and always suggest the best way to complete any project. With this process, the customer always satisfies with understanding in detail and convince that we get each other points and things.

The numeric digit doesn't always matter; most of the times, your skills do. That how you convert this timeline into work progressed, and mostly I prefer this way to get the best deal from customers.


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?


As I described in the above answer, believe in the understanding of the requirement and try to clear customer side always that they will satisfy with our work progression.

After getting the requirement to find the best solution for customer's requirement, which is in trend in the market with technical beneficial for them. Always follow the steps by customers are not profitable, try to give them new things and customize their tasks according to their need, So when they will use your product remember the work format and duration of the project with you and repeatedly recommend us for our services.

The comparison gets keyed, where the customer gets new ideas and the options which they want to implement. We will always follow our customer's ideas with our skills.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

The decision to choose a hybrid or native, mainly based on the goals and priorities of the organization. For use case, nature and environment of the application can also influence the decision.

The factors that influenced me to make the choices are:
For 3D, high graphic oriented games and other centric apps, I will prefer to go for native apps. The hybrid apps have their dependency on their libraries and framework, so I prefer the native app for development.


How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

My pricing model is dependent on the requirement, in which fixed and hourly both models are differently distributed. In a fixed-price model to charge money, according to the demand and customers need, and the hourly rate is 20$ USD and every-time use standard tracker platform, which gives correctly result not added manually or fake results, because trust is essential for customers.


How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team for enhancing your clients' business?

Our team has developed mobile apps for many business sectors.  To provide a few examples, we have worked for: Pet, Electronic Equipment, Shopping sites, Marketing, Real estate, Cosmetics, Online tuitions, and Distance learning program. We provide quality services and maintain a good relation with our clients, which helps us in enhancing the growth of my business. I always appreciate my team for their support, and we are a tightly knit family.


What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?


Customers are always happy with our words; firstly, what you commit to them is an integral part of this process, because delivery based on your commitments is essential. So always stick to what you have committed to your clients.

The secondary thing that matters is quality work. My customers trust me for quality not thinks about the timeline because they know very well if I exceed my timeline, it means you will get happy at the end for getting your project.

As I describe above before taking any project always be transparent with clients from the start, so no confusion and doubts remain during progression. We make our clients feel confident about the project, and based on discussions we have had with them, we draw a perfect solution for them as the end product.


How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Advancement is the rule of nature, and I also comply with it. It's not only about technology, but also advancing as a team, the working formats, our office culture, our systems, and upgrading things according to time and value. This gives us a new path to move forward in the right direction, where we can achieve more ideas for my company.


What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?


The Augmented reality, Virtual reality, and Internet of things changed the market in this generation, because, people want realistic things and lively views. The market grows with high speed for AR, VR, and IoT technologies. It is the right sector for IT trend, which makes the creative market nowadays.

Even we also started work on Cloudways and best server services which related to this work and they help us to learn new things for growing.


What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Mobile technology is in trend nowadays, but every-time in the market, for anything have alternate options come for the competition to them. But the future is suitable for mobile technology because everyone knows that people always prefer reliable and easy to use things and this thing is one of them. In every phase, mobile technology upgrades and gives best to best option ever.

But the IoT& AI type of things are more potent in the market because of Intelligence.
