Give us a quick overview of AppsChopper. When and how did you begin this journey, and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

AppsChopper was founded in 2011, with only four people having a strategy in mind to design, develop, and market apps for major mobile platforms. Now, we've grown to a team of 200+ creative and talented minds holding several skills. What is your role in the management and development of AppsChopper? 

As a founder and CEO of AppsChopper, I am responsible for making all the corporate-related decisions. I am taking all the essential decisions and managing all the company resources. I take care of the entire operations, including development, communication, marketing, and more.

Besides that, I supervise every team and ensure they get adequate support and a sound environment to deliver the best results. In short, I bring designers, developers, marketers, and other creative minds together to deliver a fantastic app that fulfills the business needs.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

Our pricing model is quite flexible, and we generally lean towards the client to support them and grow together. However, the project starts with an upfront. 

Hybrid Fixed Payment Model 

We call it hybrid because the cost and timeline for a complete project are locked in very initial i.e., fixed. We break the project parts in milestones and plan payment terms either based on a percentage of development finished or on completion of the milestone.

Time & Material Basis 

This one is fascinating for some of our customers, especially those who are enterprises and looking for our team as their extended team. This model mostly suits agencies with a product manager at their place to manage the dedicated resource and get their job done. We are all surrounded by IoT, knowingly or unknowingly, like smart security systems, doorbells, locks, smart appliances, farming equipment, wearables, wireless inventory tracking, and more.  

Talking about AR/VR technology, it is one of the immersive and engaging technologies and is growing rapidly worldwide. Some great examples of AR and VR technologies are Ikea Place, Sportx, Juventus, Pokemon Go, and more. 


What do you think will be the future of mobile technology? 

Mobile applications are taking over the entire world. Every industry, including education, travel, healthcare, gaming, navigation, retail, social networking, and others, are building mobile apps for maximum growth. Thus I must say that the future of the mobile app is bright. There are several future trends businesses must look out for in the app development space like IoT and cloud integration, AI and ML, AR and VR 5G technology, blockchain, wearables, and others.
