Give us a quick overview on Arthonsys Technologies. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Arthonsys Technologies was established in 2016 with the aim of providing dynamic IT solutions to innovative startup and progressive enterprises. When we started this company, we just want to improve the web and app development industry with new and effective technologies. Today, we have so many different interactive and functional technologies under our roof that embedding them into one web or app can take your business towards the new realms of excellence, and we have practically done that in the last four years.

Being an iOS and blockchain developer for almost a whole decade, I have seen numerous trends in the app development industry. But, one thing that I have learned is that app development is a constantly evolving process – you have to provide something new and useful to your customers without failing - that is the key to success. Thus, we are using the futuristic tech stack to keep our clients ahead of their competitors, such as react native, PhoneGap, Xamarin, Blockchain, IoT, and many more. Furthermore, we provide the end-to-end eCommerce solutions from order management to supply chain management – we opt to provide the best solutions.

In short, our motive for app development is to befriend trending and futuristic technologies so that we can provide high performing solutions to our clients.

What is your role in the management and development of Arthonsys Technologies? 

I’m undertaking the responsibility of Arthonsys CTO, so my role in the management and development is quite significant. Arthonsys is a technology-based company where we can’t function a day without proper tools and technologies, so you can say a great chunk of work has been cut out for me.

From ensuring that the organization’s technological needs are fully satisfied with paying attention to research and development – my role is very deep-rooted into the management. It also falls under my responsibility to sit with the clients and developers to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Even if there’s a small glitch in the technological front, which is unavoidable – I’m aware of it and ready to resolve it.

For a technology company, CTO is the anchor who has to make sure that everything is in order from the technology side. I’m trying my level best to be a strong anchor for Arthonsys by regularly adopting new technologies and introducing my team with the new trends.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

While mentioning my biggest achievement, I remembered Bill Gates’s quote – “Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose.”

So, I don’t want to be seduced by my Success yet because, in my opinion, I have to achieve so much more.

My journey with Arthonsys and even before that has been full of new opportunities and challenges. I might have accomplished many projects, but I’m not done yet, so I can’t comment on, which is my biggest achievement in the industry because every project is close to my heart. I have developed futuristic VR/AR apps as well as native OS apps so I can’t pick the favorite. It doesn’t matter whether the project has been small or big – I have learned something new from every project. So, I’m happy with the projects that I have completed by far, but there’s a still sky full of opportunities present to explore.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients? 

That’s a very good question because time is valuable, and we all should respect it, especially of our clients. Thus, when we create a timeline for iOS and Android app development (any other platform), communication is our key to complete the development process on time.

Once our client shares their mobile app requirements with me, I don’t commit a timeframe immediately. No, I first consult my development team and ask them to share their inputs. We offer different types of app development services such as blockchain app development, VR app development, IoT app development and many others; thus, it is essential to discuss with the team as each development platform takes different amount of time.

Once I receive feedback from my team, I communicate with clients and set a realistic timeline that can be achieved with excellence. But, it doesn’t mean that I don’t push my team to stretch their limits to deliver work before the due date.

During the development process, I make sure that the free flow of communication between clients and developers is maintained so that instant feedback can be received and the project timeline don’t delay. My main priority is to deliver the project on time without compromising efficiency. And, for that, systematic communication flow has been my trusted weapon.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? 

Whenever a client comes for mobile app development consultation, my first question is always related to the development platform, which mostly confuses people. If you are not from a tech background, you can’t distinguish between hybrid, native, and cross-platform app development – let the tech service provider alone finding a suitable platform for your business is impossible.

Thus, it becomes very important for me to suggest the right mobile app development platform to my clients because their business’s future depends upon it. For instance, if my client wants to target the Asian market, I suggest him or her invest in the Android app development because the majority of the Asian population uses Android devices. On the contrary, when my client wants to scale up the app in the coming days, I always recommend a cross-platform app development platform because it’s economical and fast.  

So, to suggest a mobile app development platform to my clients, I foremost understand their business and goals before offering the best suggestions.  

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice? 

This question is quite similar to the earlier I answered, so I would approach this answer differently. In my opinion, both hybrid and native app development have their own set of pros and cons, so I don’t have any sides. But, when my clients' success and profitability is related to my choice, I first define the difference between both the platforms to them.  

There is a lot of confusion going on related to hybrid and native apps. So, using this platform, I would like to easily explain to people what native or hybrid apps are? Native apps are built with specific technology and language for a specific platform like Java for Android, Swift for iOS. In contrast, Hybrid apps are built on one single code base platform such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.  

Thus, both the platforms are good and suitable for progressive app development, but selection varies from client to client. But, when I have to pick a suitable app development platform for my clients, my decision is based on five basic principles  

Scalability – Does the platform have the ability to scale up in the future? 

Agile Development – Does the platform come with an agile programming structure?

Security – How secure and safe is the platform?

Governance – Can the platform be easily updated?

Future Proof – Are there any success proof of the platform available in the market?

These five principles have never failed me by far, so I always trust them and my instinct while suggesting the app development platform to my clients.  

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget? 

Budget is one of the core parts of our development model that we consider very carefully. We want to offer affordable yet high-quality services to our clients. Thus, my other managing partners and I brainstormed a lot to create a perfect pricing model that won’t put a dent in our clients' pockets and don’t force our developers to work at lower rates.  

However, the pricing model is designed after understanding the requirements of clients because we provide an array of services; thus, we can’t quote a price before understanding requirements. For instance, when a person contacts us for mobile app development services, we ask them a series of questions like which platform they want, the number of features, a timeline of launch, and so on.  

Once we get a clear understanding of how client's requirements, we try to quote a fair deal in front of clients so that they won’t feel overwhelmed with the cost, overall, price varies from project to project.  

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team for enhancing your clients’ business? 

Well, I don’t think my clients want me to disclose real figures openly, but I can answer this question with one thing that some of our clients are with us from the beginning. So, if they are with us for years, we must be doing some great things.  

Plus, we have some high-profile clients with us, including Simple Addiction, FTM Driver, Mapha, Restaurant Run, Martgram, The Sun Newspaper, and 55 Miles. And, our reach is spread across the globe - USA, UK, EUROPE, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Canada, and many more. With 50+ satisfied clients, I can say that our developed apps have definitely created a buzz in the market.  

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction? 

Client satisfaction is the rope that can save you from drowning in the difficult times. And, the recent events have clearly shown us that. As when people were losing clients due to the pandemic, we were contented with our clients – simply because we care about our clients.  

Today, you can try multiple tricks and tips to satisfy your clients, but the golden rule to satisfy your clients is always providing them with proactive customer service. When you treat your customers with care and with a relationship, their compliments and complaints mean to you, this is the best practice to satisfy your customers.  

Along with understanding your customers, offering personalized services always wins you a brownie point. Simply treat each customer with honesty, integrity, and full dedication – you will never have an unsatisfied client.  

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements? 

For a CTO, it is very important to stay one step ahead of the technological advancement curve. If you don’t keep up with the ever-changing technology trends, you won’t be able to provide the best services to your clients – that’s my belief. Thus, I constantly try to update Arthonsys business system with evolving technology, which isn’t easy, but I try a few things to beat the heat of technological changes,  

I constantly follow the news, research papers, and studies related to new technologies.

Keep an eye on my competitors, always help in staying updated.

Following tech leaders on social media and other platforms keeps me informed.

Attending conferences, tedtalks, and webinars show numerous new trends.

However, it takes the collective efforts of our entire team to stay ahead of technological trends.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT)?  

When you are thinking about the futuristic technologies and development solutions, you can’t ignore augmented reality, virtual reality, and the Internet of Things. In my opinion, these three technologies are the concrete pathway to create visionary apps and websites.  

At Arthonsys, we are investing a lot in these three technologies precisely because we analyzed the present situation, and one can leverage a lot from them. For instance, doors of gyms and other exercising centers have been closed for around six months now. But, using IoT and AR-based apps, numerous gym instructors have been virtually providing services to their clients. This small example shows that you have to include AR, VR, and IoT features in your apps to meet the coming challenges.

Furthermore, when we have ultra-advanced technologies like blockchain, AR, VR, IoT, and others available to adorn our apps, creating a profitable business app isn’t much hard. Thus, the future of mobile technology is very bright, and I truly hope that I can contribute my share in it as well.
