Give us a quick overview on AXAT Technologies. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

We are an IT company providing Technical Consultancy Service to the clients all over the world. AXAT Technologies was started in 2010, with a VISION to give it our best and prove ourselves better than the best. In a very short span of time we are able to serve the clients Worldwide with a very good track record. AXAT Technologies is capable of implementing and executing large and complex assignments. We provide a special environment for the Skilled, Creative and Talented Professionals. We are equipped with all the Support and Amenities for providing the Best Services. What is your role in the management and development of AXAT Technologies?

Being CEO AXAT Technologies my role is to keep communication with shareholders and government entities on behalf of the company.
Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategies.
Creating and implementing the company or organization’s vision and mission.
Evaluating the work of the management team within the company, including Managers, coordinators, and other leaders.
Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

Our biggest accomplishment of 2019 is we have successfully completed 1500+ projects since 2010. 100+ startups to large enterprises have achieved business goals with our highly effective software, web, mobile app development, and design services.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

While preparing plan for a project, dividing it into phases will lead it into the right direction for its successful completion. The total workload of a project will be divided into smaller components thus making it easier to monitor.

Below briefly described phases are important phases of software development life cycle which has been used in practice.

Initiation phase
Initiation phase includes the deciding point for the stakeholders whether or not commit to a project. It is to be decided whether the project has an adequate base of support and which all parties are involved. It has everything that is required before a project is approved and before detailed planning begins.

Defining and planning phase
It involves setting goals and identifying the expectations that the client may have with the results of the project. Break the project into component parts like tasks, milestones etc.

Resource allocation is the next step that determines what will be the budget, who will be responsible for what tasks and other requirements.

Implementation phase
It involves the construction of the actual result of the project. The project becomes visible to outsiders at this stage. To maintain the momentum of any project this phase is important is it the “doing” phase.

Project performance
In this phase, as the scheduled work is going in progress, the project managers will compare project status and progress to the actual plan.

Follow-up phase
Follow-up phase or the closure phase represents the completed project. It basically involves activities like writing handbooks, providing instruction to clients, setting up a help desk, making reports, and handover documents.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

For successful and profitable business progression Native app development is a key. Native apps have the added advantage of functions that are specific to the OS on which the app is built (e.g., camera, GPS, address book, etc). Furthermore, a native approach offers the best in class security for a mobile application, the best performance and a highly responsive user interface.

The investment needed to development may be higher but a company will save time and money in the long run while offering a great user experience and an industry standard app performance.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We provide three engagement models, Fixed Cost Model, Time & Material Model, and Dedicated Resource Model. Based on the requirements of client, we recommend suitable model. If the client has a clear idea of what and how he/she wants us to do it, with defined deliverables, we work on the designated timeline and fixed cost. The Fixed Cost model is one that has clear delivery time-frame, well-defined scope with low perceived risk. For fixing the budget, we go through the set of requirements, detailed feature list and specifications provided by the client, analyzing all such aspects, we also prepare detailed Functional requirement document from our end to ensure requirements are clear and then we estimate the budget upon confirmation of Functional Requirement Document. If the project does not have defined deliverables or crystal clear requirements, we offer the Time and Material Model that comprises of the resources and hours that we suggest and our developers work on. Against the other models, the prospect works most closely with the development team. We invoice clients on an hourly basis with this model.

Dedicated Resource Model provides for specialized full-time resources, has clear process often defined by client and the resources are client managed.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

The customers are in today’s world using mobile application platforms to get all the information they need. We have helped our clients to enhance their reach towards customers.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

We believe a high level of customer satisfaction is a business goal for any organization and a key to success.

Listening to customer's requirements carefully and meeting their needs is essential.

Being responsive: Response time is crucial in many industries. The faster you reply the better job you do for your organization.

While resolving client's queries we speak their language and try not to refer to the company’s FAQ or company policy which is very often not the easiest one to understand by may clients.

A Happy employee is a happy customer. Our employees who provide client service are satisfied with what they do, they show some love and make people love our company too.

In business it’s a client who is the most important. It is always worth going an extra mile for client. If something got broken, we never blame out clients or don’t imply that they use your products in the wrong way.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

The rate of change in technologies is at a rapid pace. With advanced technologies coming up like machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data, predictive analytics etc.,

To tackle challenges in technology enhancement we follow below steps.

The first thing we do is identify what exactly is not working in organization. Then we check why it is not working, whether it is because of lack of talent, less resource allocation, obsolete technology etc.

Select the technology which is relevant to our business, has worked for our competitors, and is easy for our employees to catch on.

Involving employees in selection and implementation of technologies

Conduct employee training well and give them to work on it and put up questions. Addressing initial concerns and following the best and standard practices is the best way to ensure proper implementation.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

AI, VR/AR and IoT all have the same set of dependencies: Each requires relatively sophisticated devices, excellent network connectivity and robust cloud infrastructures.

AI, virtual reality/augmented reality (VR/AR) and the IoT, advances in digital have helped bridge that gap more quickly than ever lately. And, since these are intersecting technologies, advances in one have boosted the other. So instead of having to wait a few more decades, we’re all getting a chance to watch the fantastic become routine right now.

All this shows up in big and small ways. Using this we can change transportation with driverless cars, help you track what’s in your fridge when you aren’t available to look yourself.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

As the number of people who own and use cell phones continues to grow, so does the use of smart phones.

At this stage you don't need laptop or any system for performing general tasks, you can rely on mobile device for many things.
