What is your role in the management and development of Cyber Infrastructure Inc?
I am Founder and COO at Cyber Infrastructure INC, a company committed to offer customised mobile and web solutions. With my years of experience in industry, I have been managing CIS’s Operations Quality and Process Initiatives to generate major financial and operational benefits for the company. Apart from this, I am also responsible for managing various projects by maintaining deadlines as well as project budgets.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Our main goal is to create empowering solutions that can bring sales and user engagement to businesses. We focus on agile development methodology to ensure that the final project looks exactly the same what the client has expected. How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
When customers approach us, they are trusting us with their idea and we strive to convert their ideas into reality. Firstly, we listen to their needs and what they expect after the product is launched in the market. Then if there are any chances of some additions in their idea, we suggest the best approach and development strategy that can generate profits for their business, beyond their expectations.
Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
Well, comparing native apps with hybrid apps is like comparing apple with an orange, both are perfect at their own positions. Still, there are some major differences between native and hybrid apps. As native applications are designed for a particular platform, they are quite fast and responsive. On the other hand, hybrid apps can operate on multiple platforms (both iOS and Android).
If you want to reach a specific customer base, then you can consider going with native app development to target either iOS users or Android users. This approach is cost effective as well.
But if you want to expand your business over a large user base, then I will definitely recommend to go with hybrid app development as you can target multiple customers with this approach. However, this methodology is not budget friendly unlike native app development approach.
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
As you know, not every project is similar, so as the development cost. Generally, the development cost is determined by the needs of the client, such as the features that will be included in the app and the development platform of the application.
To scheme the development process, we start by creating documentation of all the requirements of the client and then we develop an MVP of the product with all the core features that will included in the final product. It helps us to determine what will be the final cost of the product. However, if the client pursues to add some extra features in the final product, then the development cost may vary.
How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
A client base with a count of 2100+, this figure says it all about our achievements. If you look at the reviews we have received from our clients, you will know how various start-ups have marked their success journey with us. And not just start-ups only, some of the large scale enterprises have also counted on us to bring productivity and sales for their business.
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
First and foremost, customer satisfaction affects the business on a higher scale. If you have low client satisfaction rate, this means you have a low client retention rate. So as founder of CIS, my main focus is to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. For this, I follow these practices:
• In order to better understand the needs of the customers, taking regular feedbacks can help.
• Now, turn these feedbacks into action. If some of the clients are not satisfied with the services, turn those negative feedbacks into action to improve the services.
• Make sure to regularly update the services and products as per the customer feedbacks.
• Follow up the customers regarding the updates in services and products. Keeping the customers is the loophole is the best way of showing value to customers.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
Whether it is about IT sector or any other sector, the competition is on rise and it is must to stay ahead from competitors. And the only option to do this is to stay updated with all the latest trends and innovations in the technology. What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
Putting it simple, AR, VR and IoT are the future of technology. Not to miss AI as well as ML too! As now everything is turning, the way of our everyday lives is also changing. Everyday a new trend is introduced in the market to enhance our lives. With IoT, we are now able to control our home appliances with our mobile devices. Whether it is the movie sector or the gaming sector, VR technology has enhanced the way of watching as well as gaming. Talking about AR, we can try how things will look before actually buying them. So you see, the future of technology is going to flip everything.
What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
I don’t think there is future of mobile technology, rather “mobile technology is future.” As everything has going online, people can now do almost everything just with few taps on their mobile devices. Whether it is about buying a pin or ordering food, we have got applications for everything. So I would like to suggest, if you are running a business, then it is high time to take it online by developing a mobile application for your business.
