Give us a quick overview on Cubix. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
Headquartered in Washington D.C., Cubix is a software development company that started its operations in 2008. I wanted to help startups and enterprises with innovative software solutions that will take them to new horizons of success.
We have helped over 500 companies with industry-leading solutions and are trusted by several Fortune 500 companies. Our expertise on artificial intelligence, virtual reality, on-demand solutions, blockchain, and game developments makes us a one-stop solution for the clients. At Cubix, we don’t settle for anything less than perfection.
What is your role in the management and development of Cubix?
I am the Co-Founder and the CEO of Cubix. My job at the company is bringing together my developers, designers, and creative artists and developing software solutions focused on solving problems. My focus is on fostering a mindset of problem-solving while holding on to innovation and creativity. Having a vast development experiment allows me to overlook the processes and projects.
Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
In less than a decade, Cubix stands proud as the top mobile app development company. Such achievement in a short span of time is a dream come true. We have successfully helped over 500 companies with tremendous websites and mobile apps, leveraging the latest technologies for their exponential growth. I am proud of working with the Federal Government of the United States for an intriguing project.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
At Cubix, we deliver 100% of our projects on time and enjoy a happy clientele because of our utmost efficiency of meeting deadlines. We sit together with the client and evaluate the technical requirements and other aspects of the project. Our app development and project management teams actively participate with the client, so we completely understand the project and set realistic deadlines. It’s easier for us to meet the timelines since we analyze multiple internal and external factors before setting them. Let’s call it teamwork.
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
A thorough analysis helps us in recommending the platforms and strategies to the client. It’s part of the overall process. Once we have a client on board or showing interest in our services, we work together for a profitable solution. The client shares his/her expectations from the mobile app, business goals, and future plans. We do our research to explore the respective industry and study the competitors. It helps us know how the competitors are performing, understand the potential customers, and thus, get comfortable with the project.
Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
It really depends on the client’s requirements and business goals expected from the mobile apps. We discuss the possibilities of each platform with the client and finalize it accordingly. However, if you talk about preferences, I prefer hybrid applications with native hardware. The native apps are simpler to develop and less complex. The maintenance requirements aren’t high either. You can change the development options if you wish to.
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
Our pricing depends on the client’s requirements. We don’t have fixed prices, of course. Every project has its own demands and resource allocation varies accordingly. We discuss the project first and then present the costs. However, an average mobile app that we develop costs about $50k.
How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
We develop chart-topping mobile apps that are interactive and engaging, and our satisfied clientele of over 500 companies speaks of our greatness in this regard. We have helped our clients in boosting user engagement through creative user interfaces, sleek designs, and easy app navigation. Our developers and designers have over a decade of experience and bring diverse experience and valuable insights to the table. We have developed mobile apps for multiple industries like health and fitness, travelling and transport, beauty and makeup, and more. We have worked with several Fortune 500 companies who have shown 100% confidence and satisfaction in our services.
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
There is a lot that we to ensure that our clients are satisfied. We keep them updated with the progress and our project managers are in touch with the clients at all times. If needed, we connect our developers with the client for understanding any technicalities that the developers might require or the client may want to share directly. Instead of imposing our strategies, we listen to the clients, their goals, and preferences. At the end of the day, the client has to use the mobile app, so it’s important that the client has complete knowledge of it and believes in the efficiency of the project. Moreover, delivering work on time and flawless work are a must for client satisfaction.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
The technologies are ever-evolving. There is always something new out there and clients wish for the latest technologies. Cubix is amongst the early adopters of new technologies through high-end research and development. We keep a close check on industry trends and stay in touch with what’s happening in the tech world. Our developers and designers receive the necessary training to efficiently work with the new technology. We are constantly looking for new opportunities and technologies to work on.
