Give us a quick overview on Decipher Zone Software. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
Decipher zone software was started back in 2015 as a garage company by me Lalit Kumar Sharma, Raja D, Vashistha, Shrikant Sharma and a couple of friends, a bunch of guys, who were thwarted with lousy IT solutions being produced by the industry and decided to cull the herd. Our endeavor is to deliver high-quality IT solutions led us to do SWOT analysis before proceeding. We realized that our peers are not getting the anticipated results even though they have the skilful workforce, so we decided to adopt the strict code of conduct in development. We implemented various software development methodologies and Top-notch technologies to develop projects. Since then my core motive was to deliver clients the high-quality code that has been developed from a template to a complete software application that will eliminate compatibility issues on all fronts.
What is your role in the management and development of Decipher Zone Software?
I have been serving as the CEO, Director, Project manager & Senior Full Stack Developer in Decipher Zone Softwares since our inception in the industry.
Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
The company that was started with just 5 people, it is now 4 years old, yet we have diversified our services in java development, php development, front end development, ecommerce development, blockchain development, Web designing & Digital Marketing. We have never failed to receive compliments from our clients for the code quality that we offer. We are appreciated for being better than the leading MNCs in the industry. In my perspective, this is the biggest achievement a small company can ever have.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
The real time overview from our company management system tells us when and which resources will be available to work on a project. Whenever the proposal is sent for any project it is sent with initial milestone planning on the basis of first information about the project and the level of experienced developers we have at our disposal on that moment. After getting the project, a thorough discussion is done with the client about detailed requirements and milestones are revised if needed with mutual agreement. This helps us to determine the timeline and schedule the development phases of apps.
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
We use the maximum number of anticipated users, the level of functional requirements, the level of security required, and the client’s budget as key criteria to suggest the overall application proposal and best compatible development platform for app development.
Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
Native or Hybrid is the choice that depends on the use case scenario and level of computing that is being done for that application. Native apps are used for getting repetitive visitations without the need for user to install an app on his/her device. Hybrid apps are needed when a lot of data has to be shown on user end therefore, on choosing hybrid approach the latency in application will ruin user experience. Following are the use case scenarios with respect to which native or hybrid app development is opted:
Ecommerce - Hybrid as well as native to have maximum level of interaction with customers.
News - Hybrid as well as native to have maximum level of interaction with users.
Management - Dozens of features needs to be shown therefore, native app development is chosen. In case of hybrid app for this scenario the response will be extremely slow.
Real time apps - Native app development will be chosen because on get response from server to device will create latency.
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
We have predefined pricing brackets for different categories of developers whose per-hour prices keep on increasing with the level of experience they have. The complexity of project will demand a team and time to implement the whole project so we allocate the required team and multiply the cost of their service to total hours required to develop the whole project.
How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
Mobile apps are really helpful for client’s business as it is mobile apps that can be used to send push notifications for interacting with users and making it easier for end user to use client’s service. This will increase number of users and customers for client’s business.
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
Gathering detailed project requirement before starting development and regular interactions with client before one start developing a milestone and at the time of delivering the code in development so that development team and client both are on the same page. These steps will be headed in developing a project that client really dreamed of.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
Whenever our team members don’t have any project at hand then they are asked to learn new frameworks and tools which can be helpful for us in future.
What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
Augmented reality, VR, IOT, Robotics and AI are leading us to the era of singularity and automation where computers will be smarter than humans even in the sense of cognitive thinking. The use cases shown with Microsoft’s HoloLens project is just a glimpse of endless possibilities that are knocking our doors when all these technologies are merged together to develop a product.
What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
Mobile technology has reached a level where development is stagnant unless and until we make breakthroughs which makes it possible to perform tedious computing tasks on these handheld devices. As far as my vision is concerned, I think quantum computers with hardware as a service can land these possibilities in our hand if and only if we have high speed communication channel that we are currently developing as 5G.
