Give us a quick overview on Fireart Studio. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
We started back in 2013 and were mainly targeting at the clients from CIS. Later on, when the situation with the dollar and the financial markets changed, we decided to cater clients globally. Since then, we’ve successfully transformed from a design agency to a winning design & product development company of full-cycle. We’ve been gaining momentum for past two years as one of the top software developer from all over the world.
The motive is to be successful in the app development and achieve recognition. We are constantly expanding our knowledge and eagerness to share our beautiful designs with anyone who requires both highly effective and beautiful UX/UI.

What is your role in the management and development of Fireart Studio?
For the time being, I am CEO of the company. However, since the company's inception, I have served in a variety of capacities. First and foremost, it is always a one-person operation. Later on, I worked as a project manager and in sales. I'm also interested in design and development. I'm now more focused on strategic planning, risk management, communications, and so on. We've grown from 0 to about 70 people without any HR, so I'm also in charge of hiring.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry.
We are one of the top three companies on Dribbble, the largest design platform, which is the pinnacle of success.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
We usually split it into a range of phases with spot analysis on each. We make it agile, but it may often look like a waterfall with the tasks and resources involved for each phase in practice. We constantly communicate with our clients to fulfill our arrangements properly.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
It's simple: when a new client decides on the best platform to meet his business needs, we recommend React Native over Swift because it's multiplatform, which simplifies future maintenance and integration.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
Hybrid platforms are preferred as superior apps for achieving successful and profitable business growth. As a result, they are less expensive and more adaptable. However, in cases where clients require native apps in particular, we can provide them.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
We’re not offering a fixed budget because every project is a snowflake. We work on T&M basis.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
They are extremely beneficial. Furthermore, the majority of our clients who we work with return to us after the first project, indicating that their satisfaction level is high and they are pleased with our collaboration.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
Personal approach, constantly being on the same page, good communication, transparency.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
We always keep trace of technological advancements. It is natural for any technology company, including Fireart.
