Model AI Car Airbag 3D Simulation
Challenge: Reality checks to test vehicle safety are expensive and sometimes, these tests do not cover all aspects and details.
Especially when evaluating the effect of safety airbags, each airbag can only be used once.
Solution: Use 3D reconstruct technology to simulate situations and Model Segmentation to localize moving objects, resulting in a higher level of accuracy to 3D models and scenarios.
Results: The model is applied to the company's inspection process to improve inspection quality.
Electronic medical record system connected with smart watch
Challenge: It is difficult to monitor the patient's regular indicators to make an accurate diagnosis. In addition, the patients themselves could not remember exactly their symptoms when explaining medical condition to the doctor.
To deal with this, synchronizing data from smart watches that patients use into the medical record system is becoming trend, which helps to monitor realistically and give effective warnings.
However, customers cannot access and synchronize data with smart watches.
Solution: Connect to the database of specified watch brand, collect data and develop a management system for end-users (doctors of hospitals) to access and monitor.
- Build up a decentralized system to use for different hospitals / doctors / patients and ensure confidentiality.
- Due to the fact that the health information from the watch is constantly updated per second, HBLAB recommends customers use Timestream instead of MySQL to ensure the update speed and compatibility with the health data.
Results: Establishing a direct connection enables the almost real-time collection of data from the watch directly into the system, thereby providing doctors and medical facilities with the most accurate and up-to-date data for the purposes of diagnosis and treatment.
All-in-one Marketing System
Challenge: The all-in-one Marketing system including websites & sales funnel builder is getting special attention from small and medium businesses, startups, freelancers. Customers want to find a company that can transform business problems into technical and development solutions.

- Develop email marketing automation system
- Link with convenient payment methods for transactions related to Landing page.
- Affiliate management function helps to track, support and pay affiliate partners to get product links to introduce businesses to customers.
Results: The system has been carefully designed and developed in accordance with the specific requirements provided by the customer. After completion, the product was successfully put into operation and has since received positive feedback from end users regarding its performance and usability.
Users connection & Book sell E-commerce Website
Challenge: The client is a business that sells books. That business situation during difficult epidemic period leads to the fact their end customers do not have opportunity to buy books offline or attend events. As a result, client wants to build an e-commerce website to:
1. Sell books
2. Create a community of users with similar reading interests, allowing them to meet and exchange with each other via video calls on the system.
Solution: 1. Selling book function: HBLAB used EC CUBE platform to develop and customize matching systems and e-commerce websites.
2. Video call function: Video calling system is developed rapidly by HBLAB, using the AWS Chime platform.
Results: Although the client company was unable to organize offline matching events due to the epidemic, the new system operation increased revenue by more than 20%.
The system was also advertised on television after its release in Japan
Loan information - Invoices Management Website
Challenge: The client owns a financial platform that connects borrowers with lenders. Customers already have a web to manage information about borrowers and lenders, apart from all debt management & invoice retrieval operations.
Solution: Develop a new website for customers with the following features:
Register an account, update information for both objects
Search and retrieve borrower information
Register transaction (accounts receivable)
Search and retrieve transaction information
Search and retrieve Billing information
Search and view Withdraw information (withdrawal information from the sale of receivables)
Results:
- Save time and effort in manual invoice retrieval.
- Convenient in managing and storing, looking up debt information
- Store a large amount of data, able to respond well even when customers buy new data from other systems.
Model AI OCR - Read & Filter Insurance card Information
Challenge: The customer assigns about 200 employees the task of data entry - which is high cost, time consuming & there is still a risk of Human errors in the data entry process.
There are 2 types of documents with a large amount of information to enter: Insurance Card & Bill. They need to find a faster & more cost-effective method for this process.
Solution: Combine multiple AI Models to create a total solution:
Use Image Processing to re-edit the image (shooting angle, photography direction, blur, shadow ...)
Use Object Detect to catch the area containing the information needed
Read information:
Insurance card: Use OCR to read
Bill: Use OCR to read both print & handwriting. Use Logo searching to collect & classify data about suppliers information.
Customers demand to collect data that change over time and for different work purposes. As a result, HBLAB proposed different AI models to solve changing problems for customers.
Results: The logo & store name accuracy is 93%, the other information accuracy is 95%-97%.
The AI ??model built by HBLAB helps to save 20% of the customer's initial data entry, optimize costs & speed up work.
