Give us a quick overview on IdeaSoft. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

IdeaSoft started out as a small startup, and in 5 years has become a company with a staff of 100+ in-house engineers. We hold a broad-based perspective and have built up a unique expertise over the years to help us deliver effective and truly innovative solutions to our clients. Today we have representative offices in more than 12 countries and clients all over the world, but we strive to improve all the time and this helps us move forward.


What is your role in the management and development of IdeaSoft?

I am responsible for the business development of the company, implementing new processes, acquiring new companies, financial department, and marketing.


Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

IdeaSoft has more than 200 successfully implemented projects, but I think one of the biggest achievements is that we created government selection on blockchain in one of the LATAM countries. It was a really an interesting experience.


How do you schedule the marketing or business development phases of various projects creatively?

It all starts with the business goals of the project. Any creative step must serve a specific purpose. It is also important to set measurable performance indicators in order to understand what to strive for.


How does IdeaSoft help the clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

We have strong team of architects that helps our clients to decide based on pros and cons of each platform.


Which would IdeaSoft suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? What are the factors that IdeaSoft considers to make this choice?

It all depends on the project and the client's requirements. Each type of mobile application is suitable for a specific purpose. Native applications are effective in most cases, because they are developed with a specific platform in mind, they are faster and more productive. Hybrid apps are cross-platform and therefore cheaper to develop. For some, this is a decisive factor.


How does IdeaSoft scheme the pricing model and fix the budget for a project?

We work with several models, outsourcing, and out-staffing. In out-staffing, we have a fixed maintenance fee that include whole expenses. In the outsourcing model, 90% of our clients work with a scheme based on the working hours of the team – it’s called as the Time & Material model. But sometimes, especially at the beginning of a project, we can start with a fixed price for the project. In 95% it’s for the MVP Stage, and then we switch to a more comfortable scheme.


What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

Transparency and the ability to say hard things, because sometimes you need to tell your client, that we can't do it by planning in prior, when we planned and if we didn’t know something, it could be a problem, so it is better to make it private. It’s not easy, but we want to build long term relationships, and without it, I don’t see how it is possible to build. We don't just strive to sell services; we want to bring value to our clients.


How do you update your business development strategies to be in pace with the ever innovating communication networks?

It’s about flexibility, and we're looking for new networks and ways to be ahead of competitors.


What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

We really like it, and we have very interesting projects with every technology from this list. You can check some on our website.


What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

I think we have just started right now, when the speed of 5g will come to mobile, it will create so many things, that we didn’t think about. And, we are preparing for this too.


Your thoughts on the future of marketing in this continuously digitizing business world

I think that of course, it will be more and more digitized, and AI will acquire more and more power, but “content is the king”, and I believe that we need to be very creative and provide unique and interesting content to stay relevant.
