Delta user experience (UX) analysis and prototype
Delta document management system is used by more than 20,000 users in about 100 public and private institutions. The Delta user experience analysis and the creation of user interface prototype, commissioned by the Center of Registers and Information Systems (RIK), are part of a project aimed at creating a more modern, reliable, sustainable and user-friendly Delta on a new platform and with an updated user interface.
Works done:
- conduction of a survey of user needs and expectations covering all user groups, process optimization,
- a vision to automate processes, reuse data and improve usability,
- prototype of the new Delta user interface (UX-UI),
- usability tests using a prototype (UX),
- information system brandbook,
- development of Delta usability indicators,
- creation of a system for measuring user satisfaction.
Axelor platform development
In-house business software (ERP system) development – planning, analysis, design, development, testing, data migration and implementation (comprehensive solution).
Work result/functionality: The agreement includes the development of a ERP solution based on the Axelor platform, which includes an administration interface, interfaces with accounting software and a mail server, supports different user roles and works seamlessly on most common personal computers.
Functional features: HR module, working time planning and accounting, user management, warehouse management, purchase and sale order management, working time planning and accounting, accounting, invoicing user management, transfer of Estonian commercial register data, automatic sending of notifications and invoices, e-invoicing.
Renewal of the Intranet and Public Website
Tallinna Linnatransport needed a complete overhaul of both its intranet and public website. The new solution had to be user-friendly, secure, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse target groups – from citizens to employees and business partners.
Solution
Krabu Grupp carried out a comprehensive renewal project which included:
• creating a new design framework in line with TLT’s brand guidelines;
• developing a user-centered Mega Menu and personalized homepage views for different user groups;
• adding modern features such as ID-card, Mobile-ID and Smart-ID login, dark mode, and dynamic submenus;
• ensuring mobile-friendly responsive design and multilingual support (Estonian, English, Russian);
• implementing accessibility improvements in line with international standards;
• optimizing site performance (lazy loading, CSS/JS minification, caching, server-side rendering) and strengthening security with a multi-layered protection system.
Visit Estonia’s Smart AI Chatbot
Estonia’s official tourism portal received an upgrade that makes visiting the site much more convenient. The platform now greets its visitors with an AI-powered chatbot developed by Krabu Grupp. This new solution helps users quickly and easily find answers to questions related to travel, destinations, events, and everything else connected to exploring Estonia.
