Give us a quick overview on Kunsh Technologies. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
Kunsh Technologies was conceptualized in late 2009. I started as a part-time front-end web designer while I was still working as an HR Manager in a large Technology Firm. My goal was to build a company which develops life changing software products and establishes myself and my company as one of the leading web and mobile development companies in the market.
What is your role in the management and development of Kunsh Technologies?
I am the CEO and Founder of the Kunsh Technologies. I also take care of Client Relationship and Project Management.

We have been awarded by one of the most visited listing directories as a leader in 2 categories for 2019, Top B2B Business Service Firms (HR category) and Top IT Services Firm. In past 2 years we grew from 2 to 20+ people who are extremely talented.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
The journey starts from requirement gathering and understanding it in totality. Once the requirements are clear, we brain storm the same with the development team and decide the milestones for development and the same is communicated to the client.
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
Our approach has always been to benefit client. We are not platform providers and hence we don’t tend to make money out of it. We are service providers and hence we choose the best suitable platform for the client. We keep their budget and quality of the product / service in mind and choose the right platform. We educate the client in best possible way to make decisions on choosing the right platform by letting them know the pros and cons of choosing certain platform as compared to others. The long term and short term scenarios, additional costs that may incur later, scalability of the app by choosing the right platform and so on.
Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
We usually suggest Native Apps because of the performance, scalability and size of the app, compatibility with the iOS and less dependency on third-party plugins.
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
We work on hourly basis.

Apps developed by us have a very positive impact on the client’s business. Their businesses have certainly seen considerable growth and visible increase in their user base.
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
Understanding their requirements thoroughly, focusing on the objective of the app, user experience and proper communication with the clients. Keeping clients posted with the project progress, addressing their concerns and ensuring high quality results within the client’s budget are the key to attain client satisfaction.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
We keep our infrastructure updated, our team motivated and using latest technology, OS, Apps and secure environment.
What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
They are the future. Especially VR and IoT are going to change the way we live.
