This is a service of the personal wallet application that provides additional functionality for clients, as well as quick support to resolve any issue. Users gain smooth cash flow and more control over personal finances. As a result, customer loyalty is improved.
Business Problem:
Because of an ineffective payment system, it was difficult to manage transactions and solve issues in real-time, and this affected customers’ experience with the service. In addition, there was a high risk of hacker attacks, which could affect customer loyalty as well.
Our main goal was to develop a sub-application that would serve as an agent to help users track their account balances and transaction histories; transfer money between cards, accounts, or banks; and handle other operations.

About Project:
This Corporate Credit Request System (CCRS) is developed to access and process credit requests with effective document management within an organization. It allows scanning and digitizing documents and importing them in a predefined structure without any delays or errors.
Business Problem:
Manual control led to too many human errors in the processing of a loan request. This reduced credit requests at the bank. Also, the old corporate system was equipped with insecure data processing tools, which reduced the level of trust of most customers.
The task was to develop an automatic CCRS designed to securely store, manage, scan, and import documents that could handle more loan requests at the bank.

This is an application for ridesharing services that helps users choose a ride that meets their needs and preferences, like price rates, routes, service types, etc.
Our Solution:
Mangosoft’s team developed a ride-sharing app to give information about ride costs and routes provided by various taxi services, like Uber and Lyft. The app helped customers compare prices and choose a ride adjusted to their needs.

This is a document management system (DMS) that speeds up all the key processes in banking: document creation, circulation, management, control, and processing. Integration with other systems (card-issuing systems, payment gateways, etc.) enhances operational efficiency.
Our Solution:
The bank had issues with secure storage and document management. There were problems with conducting financial transactions and other banking operations promptly. All official documents, reports, invoices, and receipts were processed manually, which led to delays in auditing, accounting, and other banking processes.
