Please give us a quick overview of Maxtra Technologies—how did your journey begin, and what inspired you to focus on digital transformation?

Under my leadership, we have expanded from web development to Blockchain, AI, to Predictive analysis since our establishment in 2009. Our perseverance has earned us multiple awards and recognitions. It reflects our dedication to delivering impeccable service standards. We are a driver of technological advancements in the industry.

What has been your most significant achievement with Maxtra Technologies so far?

Since its inception till the present, Maxtra Technologies has accomplished 2000 successful projects in the web development arena. This success boasts the successful completion of approximately 1000 web development projects along with over 800 mobile development projects. 

Our latest achievements include preparing a multi-vendor e-commerce system for one of our reputable clients, which enhanced their operational efficiency and user engagement.

For its excellence and demonstration of excellent IT skills, Maxtra Technologies has been awarded the Best Tech-Tycoon award.

How do you plan and schedule app and software development phases to meet project timelines?

The project management approach consists of transparent communication, continuous improvement, feedback, and taking accountability. We have centered our development approach on Agile and DevOps methodologies. 

The entire team of Maxtra collaborates to work smartly to deliver the projects to the clients within the deadlines. The development process begins with a requirement analysis phase. With the help of Agile Scrum Sprints, we divide the entire software development cycle into well-defined phases. 

However, for the projects that demand greater efficiency, our entire team tends to leverage DevOps practices.

How do you guide clients in selecting the right platform and technologies for their projects?

As CEO of Maxtra, I take steps to guide clients to select the right platform and technologies. To guide the clients aptly, we formulate a discovery phase, where we understand the client’s business objectives, target audience, and the long-term vision for their business. 

Our skilled team assesses whether the app needs to be integrated with artificial intelligence, IoT, Blockchain, advanced analytics, etc. Our experts thoroughly guide the clients to choose the development platforms and tools that keep in line with their business objectives.

In your experience, which factors are most critical for a business to grow successfully and sustainably in the digital era?
