Give us a quick overview on Messapps. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Messapps is an app development company. We're recognized as one of the top development companies in New York City and the USA. Messapps have worked on hundreds of applications for companies that include enterprises, startups, universities, and Forbes 500 companies.

I joined our company in 2017 as an SEO specialist. Now I am Head of the Marketing Department and I couldn't be more grateful to my amazing team that motivates me every day to be a better specialist.

What is your role in the management and development of Messapps?

My role in Messapps is to make it easy for people to find our company when they need to develop an app or software.

How do you schedule the marketing phases of various projects creatively?

First of all, we create a strategy for a specific period and then just plan all tasks to make sure that nothing will be forgotten and everything is done on time.

How does Messapps help the clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Well, of course, each client is considered individually, since each business is unique and what suits one does not necessarily suit the other. But, it often happens that we recommend starting with iOS because most of the times our clients prefer to monetize their app without including ads, and statistically, people spend more money on iOS apps than on Android apps.

Which would Messapps suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? What are the factors that Messapps considers to make this choice?

As I said above each business is unique so there's no universal solution. Nevertheless, often we recommend developing Native apps because they usually have better performance on the chosen platform, also they're more secure. However, in some situations, Hybrid apps could be a better choice.

How does Messapps scheme the pricing model and fix the budget for a project?

The price depends on so many factors, such as the size and complexity of the project, the number of people working on it, and other factors.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

I believe that there's only one really working practice. It is to deliver a high-quality product to achieve their business goals.

How do you update your marketing strategies to be in pace with the ever innovating communication networks?

The key is a constant education. I'm not talking about reading professional literature and taking courses, but also keeping up with conferences and industry news.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

It's hard to deny that those technologies are completely changing not only modern business but also our everyday life. I believe that it’s only beginning and in the nearest future we may expect more cool technologies.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

In the near future, we can expect the constant development of mobile technologies. Today we already have apps for almost everything, but there are still so many things that can be improved.

Your thoughts on the future of marketing in this continuously digitizing business world

Due to the pandemic, last year there was a huge leap in digitalization. The whole world moved online, which showed us the opportunity to make real-time events, like conferences via the Internet. Conducting conferences online seems much more convenient since there is no need to leave your work and travel to another city or country for several days.
