Give us a quick overview on MindInventory. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Mindinventory is a preeminent and top-notch Mobile Application, Web and Software Development Company based in Ahmedabad, India with a global presence in USA, Scotland, Australia and Chile. We are a renowned outsourcing firm with a strong and adept in-house team of 110 engineers.

Utilizing the rich accumulated experience of more than 7.9 years, we have devotedly worked for various startups, engineering teams of fortune 500 companies helping to reduce their engineering and maintenance budgets for product development around Mobility, Analytics, and web-based application development from inception to actual implementation. 

Initially, I commenced my journey as a business entrepreneur leading various business operations. However, since I belong to an IT background, the technology bug kept biting me to transform my vision into veracity. The venture that began with merely 3 individuals has currently 110+ experts on the board. 

What is your role in the management and development of MindInventory?

I am a co-founder and CEO of this company and my role involves heading the operations related to business and delivery with strategic planning and defining road-map for the future.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

Working with fortune 500 companies to fulfill their software and internal requirement needs is one of the biggest achievements for us.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

An extensive usage of SCRUM methods, operated by expert Scrum masters to divide the project in sprints which is executed by expert engineers makes sure that time line and deployment plans are very much concurred.  

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

When any client approaches our development team with this question, we always ask them to first identify who their target audience is and which are the specific geographical locations where they are planning to hit the market. For instance, if they are planning to release their app in USA or Canada, we suggest them to go with the iOS app because of the increased user base. For the Asian audience, an Android app is more worthy. 

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

The mobile application can reap the benefits of both native as well as a hybrid platform. So, definitely, it depends largely on the requirements of the client. Primarily, we have to consider the budget estimate of the client and time-frame for completing the project. For your information, the native app development is costlier than hybrid apps. However, the customer is free to choose the right combination of Native Android or Native iOS and even the hybrid app. We choose the accurate platform only after minutely analyzing the needs of the organization and conducting an in-depth research in this area. 

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We have different convenient pricing models for all our clients to choose from. If they are opting for the fixed cost project, we define the milestones and get it mutually agreed to pay. Each project starts with a certain amount of upfront payment, followed by next milestones which are paid only when a piece of work is approved by the customer. While determining the cost for a fix cost project; we make sure that we are clear with the project scope, deliverable, and efforts required deploying the seamless solution. Based on that, and the defined technology stack; adds the final variation to the cost. 

In the case of hourly or the dedicated business model, the payment terms are mutually agreed upon to be paid.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

We work with both start ups with a fresh idea as well as enterprise level agencies who demands apps for their organization. We work with very clear mindset and vision to complete the work with the best quality and which exceeds the expectation of the customer. On top of that, we help them with our marketing skills and advices to utilize the apps for an expansion of their business.  

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

The quality work in a timely manner with clear communication is the key to succeed client satisfaction. Keeping the client in loop during the project development process, and giving them the support after getting things live is the key for a happy customer. 

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Adopting the latest technologies and techniques is a key of success in this fast paced technical world. Our highly skilled technical team along with business research team makes sure that we keep ourselves upgraded in learning new technologies, which is going to change the future of web and mobile app world. 

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

It’s the future. We have already started working IoT and Chatbots, and commenced with targeting the Augmented Reality market, we are applying these practices in existing solution as well. That is what we are planning to carry over in the next year 2019. 

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

The technology is evolving at rapid pace and the usage of smartphone in daily routine is something everyone is aware about. The future of mobile technology is very bright and with new era, devices and technology will take this to a new level.
