Give us a quick overview on OneClick IT Consultancy. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

OneClick provides best of both the worlds - Domain Knowledge and Technology, OneClick provides bespoke customized Solutions to Corporates. With every year passing by, Mobile App penetration is superseding Web usage. We picked up Mobile App development and initiated “Mobile First” concept almost a decade ago to ensure future Businesses can reach maximum audience. We equally focus on Mobile App Start Up ideas and their development as a product team and have nourished and developed products from ideation to Launch and Support of products. OneClick continues to grow in multiple Technologies and Industries and fulfilling motive of creating “Brands from Ideas”

What is your role in the management and development of OneClick IT Consultancy? 

I am an avid learner, mentor for managers, Trouble shooter for development team, an integral part of Quality assurance team to ensure quality deliverables. Setting Goals and objectives for Sales and Marketing team. Active participation in monthly and quarterly recruitment strategies, OneClick Product development ideas and their “Go To Market Strategy”. I would summarize by saying an Avid Learner for all walks of OneClick life.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

OneClick going Global from national to International and positively growing thereafter managing work and clients in both the worlds is one of the biggest achievements. We have created Brands for our clients and they have millions of customers registered to the platform, its our privilege to be part of a successful project and positively contribute in its success.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients? 

OneClick pre-dominantly follows two strategies of development, Scrum Development methodology and Waterfall (Iterative) model. Scrum methodologies are used for majority of the projects, wherein we control the development of the complete requirement, incremental development and periodic approvals of completed functionality ensures timely delivery/quality of deliverables. Whereas, a lot of projects we have T&M model, wherein development plan’s are maintained by clients (customers) and we follow their strategy, the plan can be waterfall or iterative depending on the client.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? 

Choosing the right platform initially entails options, OneClick provides multiple options of developing a Mobile Application. The three key options are Cross Platform (Multiple tools available in market), Native Application development & Hybrid Applications. Firstly stating, budget constraints of Clients drives a lot of selections of platform. Theoretically, Complex application definitely demands Native development, whereas information and Utility apps can be developed on Cross platform and Hybrid Platforms.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice? 

Native and Hybrid apps have their pros and Cons. Managing the native apps for long term is very expensive as it is for multiple platforms. Whereas Hybrid apps have a lot of features in common and they can be managed with a single code base. For a Successful and profitable business, customers are important, Customers need excellent user Experience, Security and best performance, customers deserve to be pampered in a competitive market. 

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget? 

OneClick is Software consulting and development company, we brainstorm requirements and ideas with clients and give them solutions as per their budget, futuristic goal, integration with existing systems. The development charges always make sure the expense of development increases the profit generation for the company, we don’t want the IT to be a cost center for the company, but to ensure ROI (Return on investment) is high and good for our customers.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business? 

OneClick’s agenda of developing mobile apps are to reduce expenses and increasing profit, to large extend we have been able to fulfill needs of our clients and have made successful products and services for our clients and they have prospered in their businesses, its immensely depends on clients’ vision of building product, we have been fortunate to work with visionary clients.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

Best practices to be followed for Client Satisfaction are as follows,

Quality deliverable as per clients’ expectation.

Periodic feedback on the product and service development, continuous improvement

Empathy, transparency, and commitment of quality deliverable would ensure long term relationships.

Proactive in follow-up, reactive in handling complaints, and personalized support also go a long way

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

OneClick believes in process driven development and leaves no stone unturned to ensure client satisfaction. OneClick have developed an intranet to be used within organization to ensure planning of projects, Quality assurance, Follow up plans, Documentation, Security and backup’s. We also use a few external systems ie. Cloud Service of Amazon and we are Standard partners with them. We have upgraded our Technology skills and have added new technologies in our skill-set to ensure customer gets end to end Solution.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

The common quote ‘the next big thing’ has lost all meaning over the past ten years; everything is now likely to be the source of a new revolution.

The key to success in the future lies in the fusion of the physical and the digital, made possible thanks to augmented reality. Augmented reality brings the last brick necessary for the success of the Internet of Things, that of the human-machine interface.

This amazing marriage is the key differentiator in the face of the multitude of companies (from the largest groups to the most agile start-ups) who seek to establish themselves in this very promising market. As for virtual reality, it allows a total immersion in a virtual world, whereas augmented reality allows simulating the addition of virtual objects in the real world. Virtual reality and augmented reality could trigger the disruption of the smartphone ecosystem in the next decade.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Mobile has become the most strategic channel for accessing customers. Global consumer spending on apps will reach $ 157 billion in 2022. The ubiquity of mobile makes it an indispensable channel for businesses and will probably become the channel that really matters to many of them. 5G will continue to improve existing services in the consumer sector by, for example, providing access to better-defined video content and by promoting the development of augmented or virtual reality applications. In addition to the increased speeds that allow mass data to be transferred more quickly, 5G, with its very low latency, opens up prospects in autonomous vehicles, industrial automation or the health sector.
