PROPY - Mobile app for Real Estate interactions
Propy is a Silicon Valley company that provides innovative solutions in the real estate industry.
The key functionality that distinguishes them from their competitors is the ability to purchase real estate not only for fiat but also for any cryptocurrency from the CoinMarketCap list. This service simplifies and makes the process of buying and selling real estate transparent, ensuring speed, simplicity, and security for all participants.
Propy approached us with a request to create a redesign for their iOS application, as the previous version had numerous issues, such as poor performance, outdated design, and the lack of many functionalities available on the web version.
Our team created a new and improved design for the real estate mobile app based on the existing design.
In addition to redesigning the app, the team developed and improved many existing features. We have significantly expanded the user experience and better integrated the app with the web platform and navigation services.
The main advantage of the app is its conciseness and ease of use. The app’s design focuses on intuitiveness and the app, as a whole, on fast responsiveness and navigation for a better user experience.
Adamson - Web-based platform for energy audit
Adamson NEX is a service that enables energy auditors to generate energy efficiency certificates and additional documentation based on the state-approved calculation methodology.
The main challenge was to create a unique product for energy auditors with no analogs on the market.
It was necessary to create a web-based platform that would facilitate the work of energy audit specialists by implementing calculation algorithms for determining the energy efficiency of facilities according to national standards.
The key challenges we faced were:

~ relations between data and interdependencies between calculations

The work started with a design sprint and detailed work by a business analyst to take into account possible industry specifics, detailed elaboration of the UX (because the forms for filling in energy audit data are very complex and detailed), careful work on the UI and selection of a technical approach.
What are the results?
The result of our team’s work is a web application that allows energy auditors to calculate indicators correctly in real-time, receive a ready-made certificate, and sign it.
Chain Broker – Mobile-friendly Crypto Platform website
Chain Broker is a crypto platform for tracking private and public fundraising. It includes the latest information on seed, private, strategic, and IDO/IEO rounds.
Our main task was to create a website that would be as adaptive as possible for different devices, operating systems, and web browsers. We faced such challenges as creating complex charts that dynamically change due to the update of input data.
As a result, we have a mobile-friendly website that is convenient for crypto researchers, and its integration with social networks simplifies the user experience.
One of the main advantages of the platform is its adaptability to different devices. Whether it’s a smartphone, laptop, or widescreen monitor, the user can view the information they need from wherever they are most comfortable at the moment.
RapidEx - Mobile Application for P2P food delivery service
RapidEx is a food delivery service that consists of a web-based system for administrators and restaurants and a mobile application for customers and couriers.
The main task for our team was to develop an application that could support many active users while keeping the mobile data traffic of the application users low. It was necessary to ensure the security of the personal data of the customers that they enter into the application (phone numbers, geolocation, passwords) and to integrate the payment system.
To solve the problem of user load in the application, our development team proposed a structure, defined requirements for servers, and coordinated all this with the client. During the testing phase, a stress test was conducted to see if the backend was really capable of supporting such traffic. We successfully integrated the payment system and thoroughly tested the security of all personal data in the application.
As a result, we have created for our client a practical and incredibly user-friendly application for food delivery by bike couriers within a radius of 12 km.
Veer - Development Staff Augmentation for SaaS Company
Veer is a human resources SaaS company that manages leave and disability management programs for large enterprises.
Our specialists' primary task was to help develop various parts of the product for companies that allow their employees to manage special types of leave, such as pregnancy, childcare, adoption, surrogacy, medical, military, personal, and other types of leave.
HaulHub - Discovery Phase for a taxi & cargo platform
HaulHub is the premier performance platform for the heavy construction industry.
In the four weeks that the Discovery Phase lasted, the SoloWay team managed to comprehensively work on the task, including forming a business idea, changing the project structure, and developing a prototype mobile application that includes two user flows – buying tickets and calling couriers to pick up furniture.
What did the client get?
1) Comprehensive analysis, including Competitors Analysis, Business Model Canvas, Market Overview, Personas Analysis, and User Flow Analysis.
2) Product Vision: a vision of the product functionality based on the collected insights from Deep Interviews and Brainstorm Sessions, which were transformed into a specific Story Map.

TIR – Discovery Phase for a logistics mobile application
TIR is a logistics company in the United States that has been in the transportation business for more than 15 years and has its own fleet of trucks.
Our team took on this product from the ground up. The client came to us with an idea that had been on his mind for some time. He saw that there were apps on the market that were primarily designed for experienced or American drivers. At the same time, many immigrants do not understand the language very well at first and often need to repair or maintain their cars, get information in a clear language, or just make some contacts in a new country. Therefore, it was hypothesized that by creating a multilingual application with such socialization features, the company would help immigrant drivers better adapt to living and working in a new country.
The SoloWay team implemented the discovery phase in a relatively short period of time (4-6 weeks). The client received a comprehensive vision of the future mobile application from various perspectives.
It is worth remembering that the client came up with an idea and received a set of artifacts that would help him make the right decision about investing in this product.
Optima – Web and Mobile Application for the online school
Optima School is the first and largest online general education school in Ukraine, offering its students the opportunity to receive modern European education.
The main task in this project was to create an application that includes a variety of lessons in the form of games that are available for free with a transition to paid use (one free level + paid levels).
Developing the app for both Android and iOS platforms was important for Optima School to provide users with better solutions for educating their children.
Parents can log into their classroom with a code word and, within the classroom, add their children to take courses. Different learning programs are presented for each student within the app.
Since it’s always a challenge to keep kids’ attention on learning something new, lessons have added sound and animation effects to keep students engaged in the game. Almost every game has a sound assistant that tells you what to do in the presented lesson.
Startupers - Web and Mobile App for specialized social media
Startupers is an online platform and specialized social media for startups and entrepreneurs, powered by chatbot and community.
The platform is rich in functionality, so the key task was to build a simple UI with a responsive interface for all platforms - Android and iOS, mobile web, and web versions.
Startupers, with SoloWay's support, runs a platform Startupers Online and offers services for startups to avoid risks related to lack of expertise, search for investment, cooperation with business, and legal support. Each model of the system has its own flags and triggers that perform tasks asynchronously, allowing client applications (mobile and web) to work flawlessly while the backend performs tasks according to the load. API is built in a way to reduce the number of calls in order to work stably during high load periods without losing the usability of the application. The front end has undergone several stages of refactoring and restyling to simplify the UX and avoid the multi-layered, over-complicated architecture. For mobile PDF reading and custom QR code generation, the platform's microservices were developed to meet customer expectations.
SOCAR – Mobile Application for the fuel trader
SOCAR is a leading Ukrainian fuel trader developing retail and wholesale businesses. The company's aim is to become an innovative leader and make the user's buying experience easy and pleasant.
The key task for the SoloWay team in this project has been to develop a multifunctional application. The idea has been to invent an app that would provide users with all the necessary functions to make their purchasing fuel process as comfortable and smooth as possible. We have created a convenient application both for Android and iOS platforms that makes it possible to refuel a car at a click of a button on a mobile phone.
Much attention has been paid to integrating payment systems and cash registers. The user has to scan the QR code on the gas pump with their smartphone to order and pay for the product (gas, coffee, etc.) immediately.
The crucial part of the solution development has been a cashless payment system that has been meant to enable refueling a car just with a smartphone. No cash or physical credit cards are required. As soon as the amount of gas to order is chosen, it is debited from the user's account, the payment is credited, and the cash register prints the receipt remotely, owing to the integration with the mobile application.
Enjovia - Web Platform for an eCommerce company
Enjovia is a British platform for selling vouchers and gift certificates.
The main idea of the platform was to create a totally customizable online store for selling vouchers and gift cards.
As we have been working in collaboration with Clockers, the key difficulties we faced during the development of the platform were management and cooperation between the two teams, transfer of existing customers who were accustomed to the old platform to the new one, receiving feedback from users and simultaneously creating specific features that are fair to them, multidomain architecture of the project, multilevel system of rights for users, deferred attribute changes.
As a result of close cooperation between the two teams, we forecasted the consumers’ behavior during the development process. We analyzed users and their needs, especially the things that were missing in the old version of the platform.
Our business consultancy team analyzed the work of the platform. It helped to build perfect business logic for the project, which led to the development of the system targeting the right audience.
The client received great architectural decisions and stable work of the platform, advanced functionality that helps to attract more users to the Enjovia platform. The system is packed with features allowing one to manage the store their own way.
Edit Suits - Website Development and CRM Implementation
Edit Suits is a company specializing in men's business clothing. Its mission is to create the most comfortable, bespoke men's business suits. Edit Suits Co. has stores in several cities in England and Singapore. Their website consists of three elements: an online store, a booking system, and a CRM system.
Edit Suits needed a product that would combine an online store with the company's process management system. It would allow the customer to manage orders from the initial stage of taking measurements to the delivery of the finished product to the customer.
So our team modernized the company website and gave the possibility to make sales easy through an online store. CRM implementation improves the optimization of business processes to manage orders.
Kite Travel – Website for the kitesurfing travel company
Kite Travel is a website that makes it easy to plan a kitesurfing trip and calculate the average cost of such a trip.
The key task in this project was to develop a website for searching and planning kitesurfing trips.
Our team has developed an algorithm that searches for flights and checks the availability of hotels in the kitesurfing destinations. The flight search analyzes price, optimal departure time, airline type, and the number of connections. If a connecting flight is 15% cheaper than a direct flight, the connecting flight is given priority to save money. Users will have free access to additional data on the site, such as beach information, weather, water temperature, wind statistics, and other local activities for kitesurfing. It is also possible to access hotel, flight, and car rental booking pages depending on the chosen location.
The developed service will be a convenient tool for kitesurfers because it will help them choose the most advantageous options for flights and hotels and calculate the total cost of the trip. The main advantage of the service is that the user can adjust and change all the criteria of the parameters for his personal needs and desires. For example, if the user doesn’t like budget airlines and time for kitesurfing is more important, the service will offer suitable options. The search also takes into account holidays, i.e. if the user wants to spend a weekend at the beach and Monday is also a weekend, the service will look for options that include Monday.
Vensy – Website Development for Marketing Company
Vensy is a marketing platform that actively promotes sports brands in partnership with famous athletes.
The main task was to create a platform that allows sports brands to reach their target audience as much as possible, using artificial intelligence tools to create marketing campaigns.
We needed to present all the features and benefits of the Vensy platform on the website in a clear and concise way, creatively and with animated elements, to present examples of ready-to-use case studies. Therefore, our main task was to create a website layout that would display correctly on all possible devices, operating systems, and browsers. It was necessary to ensure fast loading of the website and modal windows and animations.
Now brands can get information about the target audience, taking into account all possible indicators. The Vensy team helps create powerful marketing enterprises and identify the ideal channels for content distribution, reporting, and analysis of all indicators. Concert.ua - Online system for booking tickets
Concert.UA is an online platform that allows you to buy tickets for various music events, concerts, festivals, and other cultural events online.
The main idea was to create a resource with interactive trend design, where you can find an attractive concert and buy tickets quickly.
As the resource aims to increase ticket sales, we set the goal to get exact statistics and a reporting system about order amounts to control and develop the loyalty program.
Our solution for this project has dozens of integrations with other services and its own statistics system that helps track all the business processes.
Also, we have developed a payment security system for correct order tickets.
