Interview with Shantilal Matariya, CEO - Tagline Infotech

Tagline Infotech is providing outsourcing services in various trading technology such as ReactJs, Angular, NodeJs, RubyonRails, Python, Mobile development in more than 30+ countries across the world. We have started our Journey on the 1st of July 2018. Initially we worked only with a few technologies such as RubyonRails, Android, and iOS development. Later on, we have gradually started other technology as well and at every stage, we have been successful in implementing it. We are self-motivators ourselves, who believe in Hard-work and Smart work in the right direction and provide our best output to all our clients

Basically, I am the Chief Executive Officer of tagline Infotech and I have control over all the operations of all the departments as well as, managing the sales department and the recruiter department. In my personal background, I have completed the master of computer science degree in 2014, later I have started my career as a Back-end developer especially in Ruby on Rails.

Yes, I would like to update you here regarding our biggest achievement. Actually, we have started working on one of the UK based Startup companies in July-2018. Currently, that product is used by more than a million users and we are still providing our services to that product. Due to some NDA signed I can’t provide more details here.

There are many more projects we have successfully completed which is used by many users and our clients are also getting high ROI.

We are following the Agile-based methodology. Where we can gather all the requirements from the client, analyze all the requirements, and dividing into the various epic, stories, and tasks. Mostly we use the project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, Base Camp, Github issue. So, all team members and our client will be aware of the current status of the project. We are very transparent with our client and provided estimation time to complete that project and every day they will get the daily update report from our side. This way we can complement our designing and development work on our client within a timeline.

We mostly use ReactJs, Angular, NodeJs, RubyonRails, Django, and PHP technology for web developments. We convince and explain our clients about all the above technology and which is the best fit for their custom requirement. We always provide our best advice to complete the project successfully.

Every-time, any client comes to us with their detailed requirements, we would suggest that we can execute your project in phase-wise development. So, first we can work on MVP things and release the MVP with specific users to review it and later gradually we will set the new phase requirement and release the development process. With the help of the above things within 1-2 months, the site will be live and they can start marketing the product and as soon as possible they start earning through it.

We are working on hourly based contract and fixed price based contract, mostly we are providing detailed estimation to our client and based on their preference we will choose either one of our pricing model.

We are providing the fastest services to all our clients regarding web designing and development. So, the clients can get all the works done within their budget and timeline.

As per mine, all the clients are looking for the quality of the work done by the developer team within a timeline, along with that they require complete transparency from our developer team. So we are providing the best quality work within the timeline with full transparency.

Currently our main focus is on client satisfaction and they get high-quality work from our team. Also, we are gradually starting our new technology like Block-Chain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.

We have already worked on material design and Progressive Web App development.

Nowadays, every small businesses require own website and mobile application, so I can imagine, for the next 10-15 years, IT Industry will be in all-time demand.
