Interview with Kiran Beladiya, Co-Founder - The One Technologies

The One Technologies is a full-service and well-versed web and mobile app development company based in Ahmedabad, India. I, along with my other partners, started the company in 2010 with a mission to develop web and mobile applications that create value for the customers as well as their users. Since its inception, the company has completed over 500+ projects and worked with clients in 20 countries across the globe.

When it comes to my role and responsibility, my experience incorporates prerequisite examination, meeting, and pitching our administrations to leaders for organizations all around the world so as to get customers ready while guaranteeing an alleviating background all through the undertaking lifecycle.

The One Technologies was started with just six to seven people, it is now 10 years old, yet we have diversified our services in web and mobile app development, digital marketing, eCommerce development.

When we hear requirements from clients, we stand in their shoes and understand the concept. We interact with them for development requirements, end-users, market scenarios, business needs, etc. This makes us understand the complexity of the project and also the type of app (platform) they wish to develop.

Based on this discussion, our developers schedule the multiple phases of app development, including research, wire-framing, analyzing technical feasibility, prototyping, designing, development, testing and deployment. Once, we schedule these app development phases, it helps us commit the exact time frame for app delivery.

Having extensive experience in app development, based on the client’s requirements, we can suggest the most reliable, cost-effective and suitable platform for their project. Our analysts and project managers work closely with clients to suggest an optimal solution, all while it stays profitable, and true to the root idea.

As a versatile web and mobile app development company, we have developed a large number of Native and Hybrid applications. Without having any clear vision or business requirements, we cannot decide which technology to choose.

Well, Hybrid and Native apps have their own set of pros and cons. Both are equally popular among businesses and frequently opted by them. Usually, it has been found that Native apps are more preferred by those developers who wish to customize things, while it is quite difficult to customize if you are choosing Hybrid apps. So, there is no personal preference as you can see.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget? 

Our pricing model is largely dependent on the client’s requirements. In case, the requirements are clear and already frozen, we can start working with the fixed price model. If the requirements are not clear and need more time to lock it, we can suggest an Agile model which would provide flexibility to the dynamic requirements. Moreover, we can also offer the hire dedicated services if there is some specific requirement of the client.

We aim to develop an app that just doesn’t satisfy the client’s requirements but also help them generate revenue. While our business analyst gathers the requirements, our designers and project manager think of ways to innovate the app in the best way possible for the best end-user experience. In short, our goal is to keep both our clients and their customers satisfied, with our intricately developed mobile apps.

As per our experience, client satisfaction is the utmost priority that every organization needs to be taken care of. It must be achieved at every step of the development phase. It’s always important to have transparency with your clients so that you both remain on the same page at every development stage.

As we know, every day some new technology is hitting the market. And if we believe that particular technology is sustainable after having thorough research, then we start working on the beta version of it. Then we look to collaborate with start-ups or SMEs who are already into the particular domain.

AR, VR, and IoT are the future technologies that are yet to show their full potential in many sectors. Many organizations are trying their hands on these advanced technologies.
