Give us a quick overview on UNL Solutions. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

UNL Solutions is a Dedicated Software Development Center with management office in Loughborough, UK. What is your role in the management and development of UNL Solutions?

I work with clients and increase their loyalty to the company. This task is made through analyzing the demand for software development services on the market and adjusting companies’ plans for rapid, qualitative growth.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We use internal time-tracking systems to motivate employees and raise operating efficiency, we also make use of an internal CRM system which helps us monitor agenda, development stages and check the quality of services we deliver.


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Before starting each project our CTO elaborates details for the project, analyzes customer’s expectations, forecasts prospects, estimates the rationality of using different platforms and proposes the most effective strategy.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Nowadays situation on the market makes me choose cross-platform solutions to be a good option, because hybrid software is in hot pursuit of native ones, works more stable and what’s more important it takes fewer development efforts and budget correspondingly.
Speaking on business strategy for startups, the cross-platform solution gives an opportunity to create a blueprint/prototype, shift the development paradigm, analyze business processes and change the conceptual ideas if needed. This very moment makes clear whether the hybrid solutions will be efficient enough or there’s a high necessity of switching the development to a native platform.


How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We have wide experience in the project estimation meeting a lot of clients. Hence we can effectively estimate and can be almost accurate, calculate the budget for different project stages: analysis, development, testing and project launch. As with any other project work, the estimation claims attention to risk calculation. The project’s budget is variable depending on the client’s individual requirements such as time-urgent performance or the existence of complex maintenance.


How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

All the company’s work is guided toward customer’s business development and that’s why each and every completed project meets the assigned tasks. We keep up to the win-win strategy. We grow when our partners grow.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

The development in the above-mentioned spheres makes our living in a way interesting, more efficient and easier for sure. The chances that these spheres will be on demand in at least Europe within 5 years is highly probable. This fact inspires us to increase the professionalism of our team in these development spheres.


What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

In the nearest 5 years, we’ll observe the increase in the number of specialized devices for medical and banking purpose and consequently growth of needed software implementations in these spheres.
