How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
We at World Web Technology follows a complete Agile process in delivering a fully tested & bug free mobile apps to our clients.
We divide the entire project into several milestones, where each individual milestone is divided into several weekly sprints. So in this way, even if there is some delay of one or two days, we make sure to cover that before the end of the week to deliver the weekly sprint on time.

The direction in which mobile technology is heading in is turning a lot of old paradigms on their head. I believe that a voice user interface will play a great role in the upcoming future. Using speech recognition in app development allows users to save time, which is currently lacking in the recent time.
