Studied in BSU on Radio Physics and Electronics Faculty (1992-1997), then got Ph.D. in Computer Science in National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Took courses in Project Management Institute and Tallinn School of Management. Worked as a developer and technical project manager (2000-2009).
