Studied in BSU on Radio Physics and Electronics Faculty (1992-1997), then got Ph.D. in Computer Science in National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Took courses in Project Management Institute and Tallinn School of Management. Worked as a developer and technical project manager (2000-2009). Since 2009 is a COO in XB Software and is involved in many company processes, from hiring a technical team to managing a full cycle of software development.
