Give us a quick overview on Zealous System. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
Zealous System specialized in providing full-scale business solutions in web, desktop, and mobile app development to unlock the potential of our client’s ideas, and design what they envision. We value time and commitments, which is why we work according to agile methodologies, effectively using time and resources.

I started Zealous System in 2008, with the sole aim to help businesses achieve all their goals through technology & digital solutions.

What is your role in the management and development of Zealous System?
Being the Managing Director and the CEO of the organization, my role is to direct my team strategically towards 100% attainment of the goals aligning with the organization’s philosophy. We work as a team at Zealous System, and I ensure that through my support, I can drive them, and eventually the organization towards growth and holistic development. My role demands complete scrutiny at the operations side, which I believe is at the heart of any organization.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry.
Repetitive clients! Though we’ve built out-of-the-box, state-of-the-art solutions for many of our clients, but what we would prefer to highlight is the ratio of our repetitive clients, which is 80 percent.
We achieved this number by paying highest regards to client satisfaction. You see, we are consultants first, passionate-at-heart developers & designers later. And that’s the reason why we’ve been able to retain majority of our clients every year.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
We first define the milestones based on the need & urgency of the client, and then we assign multiple resources as and when possible to match our promised timeline.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
Well, there are a lot of factors that need to be taken into account when choosing a development platform to go with. But, considering the fact that almost all clients want to develop apps that generate revenue, we recommend to go with iOS platform first mainly because of the quality users. Also, one survey found that on average, iPhone apps make 75% more money than Android, despite Google Play market share being 4 times bigger than iOS.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
This usually depends on the client’s preference. If app performance is a top priority, then we recommend going Native. However, if the native app development cost doesn’t fit client’s budget, then Cross-platform can be just as fine as long as the app requirement is not too complex.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

When it comes to payment structure, we are flexible with it. Generally, we have 3 major structures; Fixed cost (Pay per feature, Pay per milestone), Monthly (Fixed Monthly Payment for each developer hired) & Time & Material (Payment as per features and milestone).
We also offer a fourth business model called Offshore Development Center which is ideal for IT consultants & development agencies.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

Our mobile apps have helped our every single client in enhancing their business as well as generating revenue through different business models. Choosing the right business model usually depends on the nature of our client’s mobile app. Hence, we suggest more than one business models to our clients based on his short & long term business goals.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

As I mentioned earlier, Client satisfaction is our first priority. And, to attain it, we take an extra care of every detail of our client’s project starting from conceptualization to design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Our business analyst team usually keeps an eye on all announcements of latest technologies and then shares the latest updates to all other departments. Plus, we also regularly encourage our developers to build pilot projects to test the potential of latest technologies.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
Even though AR, VR, and IoT have not become a mainstream yet, they’ll definitely shape the way businesses can perform in future. Overall, this is just the beginning of technology-lead future.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
Looking at the present capabilities of mobile technology and rapid growth of its consumption, the future of mobile technology looks very promising and it will surely take mobile interaction to a whole different level.
