The Challenge
Build a platform in a short time that would allow users to create recurring orders with specialized and unique diet analysis for each pet.The idea was not just to create another online commerce platform, it was to create a system where users could plan, receive real food diet advice for their pets identifying breeds, weights, sizes among others.It is not only the management and creation of orders, it was also to develop and implement integrations of various types such as payment processors, logistics tracking, marketing which makes True Blue a unique platform today.

At Kubo we have had the opportunity to implement successful projects, in the pet sector we managed a few years ago to develop the number one platform in Colombia and several countries in the region for electronic commerce for pets (Laika) and that is why years later, with the confidence and experience we received again from part of the Laika team with a new project in the sector, True Blue an innovative platform with a value proposition based on real food diets for your pets.

True Blue is the result of custom software development with specific characteristics on a business model, at Kubo we don't build products based on existing systems which allowed us to cover all expectations from the end user interface as well as from the administrative information management systems and panels.

New App El Tiempo
The Challenge
El Tiempo, Colombia's most important news outlet, set out to transform the way its readers consume news and information on mobile devices. The goal was to develop a modern, intuitive, and powerful app that offered a completely renewed experience, fully adapted to current digital habits.The challenge was complex: as the countrys most widely reached media outlet, it was essential to consider a wide diversity of user profiles spanning different ages, interests, and consumption habits.
Moreover, the product had to meet the expectations of younger generations with a fresh and dynamic interface, while also offering advanced and exclusive features for subscribers, thereby enhancing the value of the digital business model.
The Technology
Developing an application of this scale with multiple features, diverse content formats, and high performance standards represented a significant technical challenge. Choosing the Flutter framework was key to achieving efficient development and native-level performance on both iOS and Android platforms, overcoming the limitations of other cross-platform environments.

KPMG One Key
Digital application
Edgar Navarro, Director of Innovation at KPMG, approached Kubo with a crucial requirement: the need for an application to reserve workstations and boardrooms, as well as manage access to the facilities. At the time, KPMG was adopting a hybrid work model and had significantly reduced its physical workspaces, which made it essential to have a digital solution for the efficient management of available resources.
Technical challenge
One of the main technical challenges we faced in developing this application was integration with KPMG's active directory. This process involved ensuring that the application could securely and accurately access active directory information to manage workstation and boardroom reservations, as well as to control employee entry to the facility.
In addition, the application needed to integrate with KPMG's on-site login system. Since employees log in directly with their company credentials, it was critical that the application could effectively interface with this system to validate users' identities and allow them to access reserved spaces securely and efficiently.
The solution
The project developed by Kubo allowed KPMG Colombia to have a tool to manage its physical resources, which: which:
Optimizes resource management, allowing to improve costs and processes.
Implements an efficient process for the reservation of jobs and meeting rooms.
Facilitates the access of the floating population to the company's resources.
Results
To address these challenges, our development team worked in close collaboration with the KPMG IT team to guarantee an integration without problems with the active directory and the entrance system to the facilities.
In addition to the basic functionality of reserve of jobs and joint rooms, the application also offered additional characteristics, such as the visualization of real -time availability, notification of confirmed reserves and the ability to manage last minute changes.
Herbalife Nutrition Pro
The challenge
Andrés González, Herbalife's Worldwide Customer Experience & Strategy Manager, faced a major challenge that directly affected the company's finances: the lack of a system to track the sales process of the brand's associates. This lack made it difficult to efficiently manage sales, customers and loyalty levels, which in turn affected the company's profitability and growth.
Digital Sales for Sales
To address this problem, Andrés decided to turn to Kubo in search of a solution. Kubo set out to develop an application that would enable effective management of sales, customers, and loyalty levels for Herbalife associates. This application would not only facilitate sales tracking and management, but would also enhance the customer experience and strengthen associate loyalty.

The Challenge
Mac Pollo, the country's leading company in the sale of poultry products, came to Kubo with the need to renew its e-commerce platform.This project represented several challenges, as the objective was not only to have an interface capable of handling different types of products and orders with varying business logic depending on the type of client or organization, but also because the platform needed to connect directly to internal systems to enable sales management and tracking.
