UberConference by Dialpad | Cloud Communication
Launched in May 2012, UberConference is a cloud-based conferencing platform that makes joining and managing web conferences a cinch.
The app has millions of daily users who use its advanced location-based technology in almost every country in every corner of the planet.
Our Solution :
Dialpad wanted a robust, clutter-free business communication solution that could enable organisations to stay connected for better collaboration and productivity. They were keen to reduce communication breakdown and sidestep the concerns that affect time, efforts, and money.
To create the much sought-after impact, we helped Dialpad with a web application laced with several powerful conferencing tools and integrations (primarily for social media and cloud storage platforms). Also, Dialpad wanted to increase their conversion rates, so we A/B tested a number of features and found that the below 3 had the greatest impact-
- Tutorial videos across the website.
- Customer testimonials or Trader Reviews.
- An ROI calculator that tells prospects how much they would save by using Uberconference.
Porsche | iPad App and CMS Solution
This was then used at the International Grand Motor Sale 2017 and helped Porsche generated 389 Leads in 1 Day!
Our Solution :
We started the build with a research and planning phase that included software architecture document, analysis of wireframes, designs and development. We published the app using Apple Enterprise license and used AWS for deployment of backend services.
The biggest challenge in the project was to accomodate different timezones, deal with various stakeholders like Porsche appointed Cyclone 42, work on the weekends. Yet we managed to push a beautiful product out in 3 weeks!
Grindr | Largest Social Networking Platform
Grindr is a centralized social platform frequently accessed by LGBTQ community to connect and socialize with like-minded individuals.
The app missed out on some crucial functionalities and was not able to manage the high volume of traffic. Our developers took the charge to improve the reliability, stability, and scalability of the platform. The team was responsible for testing (both manual & automation) and managing builds for the production environment.
