BPO - Pakistan Elections 2013
An Edge in Reporting Data and Statistics on Electronic Media:
In April 2013 – A leading media house of Pakistan wanted to present coverage of Elections 2013 in a way that can out-class their competitors. They had a rough idea in mind but didn’t have enough resources to meet a very challenging timeline. Through a Facebook referral, yes really of FB, they engaged with TechLeads to quickly develop and execute a fast paced BPO assignment. Time was very short, just 2-3 weeks, and they had to roll-out things extremely quickly. Both teams worked together to first develop an application in .Net, entering the data of several hundred candidates running for national and provincial assemblies and finally making it available for viewers on the TV screens with different types of analysis. More than 80 resources were hired by TechLeads in just 3 days’ time and the assignment was completed in just 15 days. TechLeads’ exceptional knowledge and ability to raise the team made it look ridiculously easy. The project ended up with an extremely high viewership to the client during that elections season.

Personal Loan System
It is a SaaS based multi-company Personal Loan System designed and developed by TechLeads for Wai-On, Hong Kong. There are many single company personal loan systems in Hong Kong but our developed PL system offers a wider range of borrower's checking options across multiple companies within the same system and provides a higher level of sense of security to loaning companies before they can approve a loan to any borrower.
The PL system has been developed using PHP 7.2 and Laravel 6.
Website Development - GoSafe
Gosafe Company Limited is a dynamic leader in GPS Fleet Management products and services.
Gosafe had a website developed in 2005 which became outdated with the passage of time and was not fully representing its products and business portfolio raised in last one decade and so. A referral helped Gosafe to connect with TechLeads which is in Technology services business since 2007. After couple of online meetings, TechLeads presented a professional Mock-up for Gosafe’s new corporate website which was highly liked by the management and project was awarded to revamp Gosafe’s corporate online identity.
Despite working in different regions and time zones, TechLeads ensured that it collects all necessary information from Gosafe team and professionally reflect it on their new website. Time to time audio and video calls were held to understand Gosafe’s objectives with respect to new website so that they can be transformed properly. With a dedicated effort and close coordination, the work was completed in 8 weeks.
Website Development - AirFalcon Pvt. Limited
Air Falcon is an upcoming airline in Pakistan. They started their pre-launch operations back in 2015 and had a basic level website in place. In March 2017, they decided to re-shape their online presence as they were heading towards their soft launch. Since it is the very first airline which would be starting its operations from Lahore, Pakistan; the CEO of Air Falcon (Mr. Mian Nabeel Ashraf) wanted to have Lahore’s cultural touch on to the site. Air Falcon’s focused areas of business are going to be tourism, air cargo and passenger services. After couple of meeting, TechLeads came up with an eye catching design for the site and a demo was presented to Air Falcon team for their views. The design was highly liked and appreciated by the management of Air Falcon. Thus, Air Falcon and TechLeads went into an agreement to reshape Air Falcon’s corporate identity. The work scope included content writing, professional photography, designing and developing the site. With a dedicated effort and close coordination, the work was completed in about 5 weeks.
