Online Travel Portal (AI-Powered)
Our customer had an idea for an online solution that would help end-users book their vacation and business trips, find the best available deals, as well as participate in travel communities.
At the same time, to answer the needs of modern travellers, the customer planned to deliver not just a typical travel portal but an intelligent travel platform that would learn travellers’ preferences and provide them with personalized information and offerings.
Core features of the travel portal: Acveti delivered a feature-rich portal that allows users to perform a variety of travel-related activities:

The portal also provides users with different ways of interacting with content. Users can:

AI-based recommendation system:
Deciding on AI-powered features for the travel portal, the customer was hesitating between a custom conversational chatbot and a recommendation system for personalizing offers based on user behaviour. While the chatbot could be faster to develop and implement, the customer decided to focus on the recommendation system that would ensure deep personalization of travel services and products.
Relying on their experience with the Apache Spark framework, Acveti’s team developed a custom recommendation system for the travel portal. The system puts together registered users’ historical data and activities to provide the most optimal deals.

BLE based Telematics & Mechatronics System
With the strong rise in demand for Electronic Vehicles (EVs), our client saw an opportunity to develop a powerful IOT application for end-users. The client wanted to control the functions of an electronic vehicle by a mobile app. There was also a requirement to develop social media and trip planning modules for the riders' community.
The application provides the following features:
Telematics: Equipped with end-end tracking of vehicle location and vehicle health through 2G and 3G network.
Mechatronics: This allows the user to control the vehicle outputs through functions like immobilizer/ vehicle on/off, hatch open/close, buzzer.
Anti-Theft Alarm System: Ability to detect hampering on the vehicle and automatically send an alarm to the user as well as a buzzer sound on the vehicle.
Smart Battery Management System: This allows users to efficiently use and optimize vehicle batteries.
Smart Battery Charge Management System: This allows users to efficiently charge the vehicle battery based on health and requirement to prevent overcharging and reduction in the life of the battery.
Time Management Module: Efficiently manage the daily routine and time through In-built A.I.
Event/Trip Management Module: Users can create and ride a trip together using this module.
Service Booking: Booking services with OEM registered service stations to increase their sales and lead generation.
Central Locking System: Equipped with a Central Locking system developed indigenously through in-house R&D.
Keyless Entry System: Comes with Bluetooth based keyless ignition system.
Vault Storage System: In-built vault to store important documents like licence, R.C. etc.
Social Networking: A private social media that is also integrated with other popular channels to enhance user adoption.
Hotspot Mapping: This allows users to efficiently map hotspots i.e. places frequented by him for easier access to navigation or planning in the future.
Residential Society Management ERP
Our client had an idea to develop a tech system that manages daily issues faced by residents and the administration of a residential condominium.
Our solution is an integration of 4 different mobile applications that provide a unique and powerful yet easy to use interface for residents, society administration, society technicians and gatekeepers (security guards).
It provides the most practical advancements for society management such as its Visitor-Management System. Residents can select or enter a contact in the Residents App and pre-authorize their entry by sending them an invite (QR-code based). For uninvited visitors such as guests, delivery, cab, maintenance, etc, the gatekeeper enters the visitor details. An alert is sent to the resident’s app requesting authentication at the time of visit. Additionally, an automated IVR call is triggered to the resident with visitor details seeking approval via DTMF input if the resident misses the app notification. The entire process of visitor entry takes not more than 15-45 seconds depending upon the mode of approval.
Other security features include:
Child Security: The gatekeeper sends an alert to the resident when their child is exiting the society premises.
Vehicle Management: This module includes everything from allotting a parking slot to tracing the owner of any vehicle parked at the wrong spot.
Emergency/Panic Button: This allows residents to raise an alarm to the nearest security guard and 2 chosen neighbours when in need of immediate help such as medical support, stuck in the lift, animal threat, etc.
The app also offers numerous other innovative features to ease the life of the residents. The daily Staff Management module helps the residents to search their society’s database and hire domestic help online such as maids, cooks, drivers, etc. Residents can also pay their salaries online, view attendance, and rate their services.
