Apptechies Turned My Vision into a Real, Funded App!

The project manager provided excellent guidance!
The project manager was really good about guiding me along and was really patient with me while I figured out my end of the project. I haven't ever done anything like this before, so I appreciated the patience. We mostly communicated through slack, emails and had several phone calls as well. Once project requirements and scopes was finalized, the development process starts with wireframes, design systems, screen designs and eventually moving on to agile user stories and continuous releases of completed features. Towards the end of project, production release readiness includes stress testing and load testing to ensure platform performance can meet projected business growth. With the target external users and internal users in mind, the platform requires a mix of mobile application, web application and cloud based infrastructure along with a range of 3rd party services to enable fast and reliable transactions that are critical for great user experience but not core value proposition of the product.

We brought on Apptechies to help us figure out what it would take to build out a portal for our company at LiverRight. We wanted something clean and simple where patients and providers could connect, schedule stuff, and access support without jumping through hoops. We had a general idea but needed help making it real. They started by asking the right questions. like actually listening to what we were trying to do. they broke everything down to timeline, cost, features, even stuff we didn’t think about. helped us map out a plan that wasn’t overwhelming. we talked through what was most important and what could wait till later. they even suggested things like secure logins, messaging between users, and calendar stuff that fit right in with how we work. We came out of it with a solid game plan. not just ideas but a clear step-by-step. they made the whole thing feel doable, not stressful, and honestly, that was huge for us. This kind of tech build can get messy fast but they kept it grounded. always quick to respond. kept things moving without being pushy. we met over zoom, shared docs back and forth.
