Charter Global developed, designed and implemented a “Bulk Loader” tool, capable of migrating billions of records into the new loyalty platform within minutes. Custom-made parser modules were also integrated in order to read multiple enrollment and transaction file formats; including files designed specifically for processing reward points. The robust design of the loyalty engine a;so supports complex and novel loyalty offer types (i.e. frequency-based offers, daily offers, and tiered offers).

In the finance sector Charter Global delivered PCI enabled applications to financial institutions. They migrated the retail branch banking applications for one of the largest US banks and delivered a complete omnichannel solution to multiple financial institutions in North America, Middle East, India, and New Zealand. The client engaged Charter Global to develop a more effective process through innovative technology to analyze over 50 years of patient data. Charter Global built a self-service tool with Magnolia CMS, an open source, Java-based web content management system, along with the Konakart eCommerce system. With Magnolia CMS the marketing team could build pages, create order flow, and author content. The team also developed and deployed a PURL microsite that would send recipients to a personalized landing page or microsite with customized content.

National Retailer
Charter Global replaced the outdated mainframe replenishment application to improve operational efficiency and reduce system errors. The new system was delivered within 16 months, coming in under budget and exceeding client expectations. An enterprise-wide merchandising planning solution was implemented called PACE (Planning is About the Customer Experience). It has an effective inventory management and supply chain system and was developed using Oracle Retek RPAS in a UNIX and mainframe environment.
Professional Plumbing Group
PPG engaged Charter Global for implementation services and for their SAP Hybris preconfigured solution. The SAP solution met PPG’s business operations requirements, and Charter Global met their project schedule and cost requirements with most capabilities available out of the box. Home utilities and services integrator
Charter Global developed and implemented a Continuous Delivery / Continuous Integration (CD/ CI) toolset and a data exchange application to expand the client’s platform capabilities. The toolset enabled the delivery team to plan, schedule, and control the progress of releases from test and live environments seamlessly. In order to succeed with CD/CI, they adopted open-source tools recommended by Charter Global.
These tools are critical for detecting code changes and triggering a set of tasks as part of an effective process. The data exchange app gives the client the ability to share customer data simultaneously with utility partners when the customer’s phone call is forwarded to the call center. Data captured from the utility partners are made available to the UI applications (Concert and Accord) through web services.
