Space Plus

Space Plus, an innovative self-storage business developed by investors MARCOL and Angelo Gordon, backed by €250m of funding, wanted to build self-storage units that were as automated as possible. This meant an entirely digital workflow, from searching and selecting the correct unit size, reserving units, and paying, through to the delivery of digital keys to the customers mobile device to allow access to the facilities and their units.

Working directly with the investors and the Space Plus c-suite, Devico were accountable for the overall technical concept, the design and the implementation of the Space Plus solution. We built a self-contained, highly autonomous team of business analysts, UI and UX specialists, developers and testers to create the first generation of the Space Plus technology platform.
