Neirika
The web application Neirika is a service for automation of check of sales scripts and quality of operation of managers-consultants. The application collects all necessary information on all stages of operation with scripts, analyzes it and unloads statistics with recommendations about improving the operation of your employees.
Neirika possesses all functions of standard Customer Relationship Management System:
- Creation of databases of clients;
- Implementation of scripts of sales;
- IP telephony;
- Operation with transactions;
- Analytics of quality of customer service;
- Statistics of operation of employees.
Besides, possibilities of the Neirika virtual PBX include:

Star Trek for Megafon Retail
We'd like to share with you results of our involvement in the development of a mobile application for the Megafon Retail company. The Dextechnology command created prototypes of UI design for the Star Trek mobile application, a peculiar motivator for workers to enhance the quality of work and to create more tight communication between people inside the Megafon Retail company.
The application registers user's activities: depending on an occupation it is possible to select the certain performed operations (for example, sales managers can specify the quantity of the sold units per day, etc.). The user gets the points which can be exchanged for different pleasant gifts, beginning from small knickknacks to valuable prizes like the car or traveling.
There is a user rating in the application: every month the most active workers can participate in additional draws of prizes.
Star Trek has also convenient built-in chat for employees of Megafon Retail by means of which it is possible to get acquainted with beginners easily and quickly or to resolve working issues.

Bankruptcy
A mobile application Bankruptcy is a specialized news portal of articles and documents for law firms. In the application, there is a rubricator of content and a powerful full-text query search which allows finding the necessary documents in reading for a few seconds.
The application works offline: the read articles or headings marked with the user automatically remain on the device and are available for reading at any time. In application access to paid headings on a subscription is realized (in-App Subscribe, Apple, Google).
And in case of appearance of new articles users receive the push-notification message.
Bankruptcy is developed most conveniently both for readers and for administrators of content: by means of the postponed start, it is possible to control publication time and also to view how many users not only read articles but also issued a paid subscription.

We have developed and implemented a taxi company automation system. RADIOKARTINA
It’s an internet radio mobile application for the largest media network of Russian-speaking audience in Europe and North America. The users are able to listen to live broadcasts and playlists, talk to DJs and download songs. This native iOS/Android mobile application sustains real-time data streaming and can run in the background. Users are able to listen to their favorite RADIO KARTINA playlists offline.
Wellbefy for MotioMera
The app was created to order of MotioMera, a Swedish healthcare company, which is a national network of health experts who help enterprises implement measures to improve staff health and fitness.
Media Ecosystem
DEXTECHNOLOGY is working on dynamicMedia service architecture and applications. It’s a package of media services on PC-TV-Mobile Phone platform. dynamicMedia service delivers media data even through limited bandwidth connections.
Our scope of development includes the controlling server, media and Volp servers and Peer-to-Peer infrastructure. We used .Net/Mono, C#, MVC, WCF, GWT, HTML 5, JQuery, EntityFramework, MsSql, mySql, sqLite to build the system.
The controlling server allows for content searching, purchasing or leasing, controls a ramified system of content access rights, provides an API to client applications and services. The challenge was to achieve an acceptable bandwidth with a big volume of data and a complex business logic. Mobile clients in the structure required the traffic volume should be as minimal as possible and a data change notification system should be implemented.
Dirclub
The task was to develop a native application that would provide the portal’s mobile audience with convenient and full access from their smartphones to the content available on the media portal.
