BenefitNet is a solution that automates the work of insurance brokers and serves a link between insurers and consumers. It allows segmenting insurance packages in accordance with the end-users employee positions, types of policies, and insurance providers.
Mobile app dev services for insurance company
UNIQA is an insurance company that contacted DICEUS for professional assistance in mobile app development. The project's main goal was to enhance CX through the mobile app. We had to analyze the user journeys and generate hypotheses about UNIQA’s clients. Interviews with users were held, user personas identified, and user journeys created. Based on the findings of the discovery phase, we formalized the requirements for the new mobile app development and created mock-ups.
IT consulting services to Fadata
DICEUS provides IT staffing services to Fadata Professional Services Department. The latter is responsible for implementing Fadata’s solution INSIS, an insurance process platform. Thus, DICEUS people work as a part of Fadata project teams, delivering services to different customers.
Insurance Applications for Cloud Software Provider
We’ve developed four web and mobile applications for a cloud insurance company. BriteCore needed professional help with software design and development, including internal budgeting tools and modules for the end-users. Our solutions help the client with finance operations, quoting, claim management, documents, and customer interactions.
Research System for the Ministry of Health Branch
Combining custom software development, data migration, and system integration services, we created a brand-new platform for faster medical research funding decisions. The software was created for the Saudi Arabian company working under the Ministry of Health. It helps both domestic and international researchers and approval committees, reduces the review time to just six weeks.
Self-service Benefits Management Solution
This cloud system empowers employees and lets them manage their work/insurance benefits without intermediaries. Users can access their flexible spending accounts and connect to insurers automatically thanks to API integration. The software also has extra HR and admin modules. It works for over three years in businesses from 7 countries without issues.
All-in-one Insurance Management System
Starting from initial software architecture, we designed, developed, tested, and deployed the comprehensive insurance management tool. It facilitates operations related to policies, risks, workflows, quotes, contracts, and finances. Thanks to this software, the client’s company improved risk mitigation and customer relations.
Integration and Optimization of the Core CRM
The Nextcom CRM solution was developed by our client, but we were asked to optimize, upgrade, and manage this software. We customize, update, and integrate various functional modules such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google Calendar integrations. Ongoing tech support and maintenance help the client provide its CRM services to over 2,000 per day.
Website Redesign and CMS Migration
For the client, we analyzed the existing website, CMS, and database. Based on the requirements, we updated UI and UX completely to improve customer retention, added CTAs, and grouped content around the specialist pages. In addition, the CMS was replaced with a modern alternative for better content distribution and overall site management.
Online Car Auction System for Logistics Brand
Our client needed a powerful solution for car trading that could boost its logistics/transportation services. We designed and created the car auction platform with accounts for buyers, sellers, and admins. Via it, participants can compare and choose lots, set bids, get extensive info about vehicles. The trading process is similar to traditional auctions but automated and digitized.
End-to-end Cloud Platform
The client wanted an optimized ERP solution that would cover all the business areas. We analyzed the requirements and created this cloud platform. Employees can manage orders, resources, operations, and all other core business areas. End-users can contact the translation service providers and get the results quickly via this unified cloud system that also supports REST API.
Subscription Management and Enterprise Functional
For the life-cycle assessment team, we completed major upgrades to their software. We were involved in architecture planning, system integration, and web app development. In total, we added 33 new enterprise modules, including automated subscription management, enterprise management, and accounting features that reduced manual effort by 80%.
