CRMtronic is not just a task management system. It is a solution that stores the entire database account in one place. Ability to tag, filter, leave comments for each client separately.
CUSTOMER BASE
All data is stored in one place, information is structured, segmentation by clients is available. Each incoming request is recorded, all information for each client (history of calls and sales) is available for the entire sales department. Each manager is easily interchangeable and can work with any client.
Retrotax
For hiring managers and human resource professionals, Tax Credit ID (TCID) is RetroTax's proprietary web-based screening tool. This online platform allows our clients to qualify new hires for a range of tax credits, like Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)or geographically-based programs.
Over the last year, DIGIS has helped RetroTax improve their workflow by optimising existing applications and providing new technical solutions.
In the 21st century, automation, stable CRM, and a team available on-call day and night to solve any technical problem is essential to any business. In terms of our partnership with RetroTax, DIGIS designed, built, and maintained several outstanding applications to streamline their work processes.
Kartunix
Avatars are a bit like logos. Graphical in nature, as the user's alter ego they are meant to identify values, highlighting certain aspects of the persona and downplaying others. Avatars represent the individual and are designed for easy recognition and to generate favorable thoughts and feelings. This is why the Kartunix engine manages layered SVGs. This is how the user's avatar is personalized, by changing hairstyles, forms of nose and mouth.
Further, Kartunix works with more than just one avatar set. This allows for the configuration of various styles or types of avatars, be they human, aliens or animals. Storing all that non-typed data is what the MongoDB was created for, so we have designed the database architecture with a usage of best-known practices to avoid delays in fetching that information. Collections processing is an interesting topic, too, because it is the place where the mathematics comes in to provide as fast as possible data scope handling. For now, we can only tell you that there is a crazy data tree-processing stuff presented.
Kandio
As a result, DIGIS developed a system that automates the creation of hiring campaigns through automating marketing campaign creation in social networks. In our context, marketing campaign means targeted advertisement setup.
We implemented a self-learning AI-enabled system providing the users with suggestions on preferable advertisement budget, audience and reach.
Roomster
On this project, we used all our best resources and efforts to master-tailor both mobile and web-based versions of the Service from scratch. Thanks to a flexible approach to the architecture design, the solution is truly versatile and scalable and runs across various platforms, thus benefiting both the customers and the Service owner.

Oleksiy Nagatkin, is the Founder and CEO of DIGIS (Do IT Global Innovative Solutions). He has a master degree in international business and second one in international Law. He enjoys chess, reading and visiting IT conferences and exhibitions. He started his career from building of an international Maritime agency with branches in 9 countries. When he decided to automate the business, along with a team he created an IT department. In several years he decided to separate the department into separate entity, so DIGIS appeared in the market of UK. At the moment DIGIS is a company consisting of 130+ employees in three countries and they are constantly growing.
