The goal was both simple and complicated at the same time. We had to convert results of scientific research into an Internet project built on the basis of game tests. It was very important to make it enjoyable and interesting for people of all different ages and professions. The project was created absolutely from scratch. Five months after starting, the project began to generate its first revenue. This is an important result of the work. Now we support the project on our own, as a of the requirements from our new investors. We are very grateful to CornerCase Nearshoring Labs for having fulfilled our requirements, because it was very risky for us to give the project to an unacquainted company.

The goals of the project was: 1) To develop the convenient system for controlling tenants with all the necessary functionality and high security requirements; and 2) translating all available information accumulated from previous work experience into a new system without losing important data. The system was developed iteratively and every week we saw changes. By the end of the 2nd month we had a beta version and we started the process of transferring the old data to the system. At the moment, we have completed the implementation of the developed system in our business processes and are pleased with the results. Thanks to EdgeCase for the notification system, we have already reduced the number of contracts that are being canceled by 12%.
