Vocal Views is a platform for focus groups and market research interviews. The client, Anthony from Scotland, opened his recruitment agency in 2015. They help find interviewees. In 2019, he decided to automate the business and came to us. We created Vocal Views from scratch and are still supporting it.

The platform automatically uses the Amazon server in the focus country. This saves time on the signal going back and forth, resulting in lower latency.

Somebody had too much to drink before coming to an interview? The company didn’t like it and decided not to pay the respondent. Understandable, because the respondent wasn’t really useful, yet they still insist on getting paid. In that case, one of the sides opens a dispute, which is then solved by an administrator. Video and text files are attached to the dispute.

Video interviews are oftentimes the way. Sometimes, however, you need it in text, so what do you do? You just download the text file right next to the video. The interview transcribes on its own. You can download the file in 1 of 31 languages supported by AWS Transcribe.

Watch interviews with the translator assigned to them. Choose the translator beforehand on the platform. During the interview, you see the respondents and the interviewer but you only hear the translation.

There might be a problem that support can’t help. Not a big deal - just log in as the user in trouble and see what is going on. Confidential data is untouched like that.

In Uviz.io, friends can come together for board games no matter how far they are from each other.

Uviz.io is a web platform, so you don’t need to install additional apps. Works in all popular browsers.
Video chat
To play games, it’s important to see each other. Uviz.io has a built-in WebRTC video chat. If necessary, you can turn off both the camera and the microphone. But this way it will be much harder to play :)
Built-in games
We not only developed the platform, but also added the first game, Pictionary — when players guess what the other draws. The collection of games is open.
Third-party account log in
To invite players, send them a link. The system will ask them to log in or sign up with a Google, Facebook, or Apple account. Invite registered users directly from the platform — they will receive a notification. Or tell all participants the name of the session: Uviz.io will ask them to enter it after choosing the game.

Each game has its own text chat. In case the microphone breaks, for example.
Perspire - Twitch for fitness
Perspire connects online sports and fitness trainers with users who also want to train online.
Powerful video chat
In Perspire, you can connect to webinars with a trainer demonstrating exercise performance to multiple users simultaneously. The video chat uses WebRTC technology and can handle many users.
Workout schedule
Perspire has a built-in calendar that updates automatically when someone creates or signs up for a workout session. Clients also have their own schedules to ensure they don't miss any sessions.
Uploaded videos
Trainers can earn not only from webinars but also from pre-recorded workouts. All trainer videos are stored in their profile. Videos on a particular topic can be collected in playlists.
For any goal and fitness level
Set your fitness level, body parameters, goals, desired difficulty and intensity of workouts, sports type, and equipment available at your disposal. Trainers will take these factors into account when preparing a personal program.
Subscriptions
In Perspire, you can work out with your favorite trainer on a subscription basis, which allows you to save money. You can pay for the first workout with a one-time payment to see if the trainer is a good fit.

SSL and RTMPS encryption protect client-server data and video streams. LDAP integration. Severe access control. E.g. in medical PhD training, students must not access other students’ videos. Sound quality is the main focus in the app. To ensure the best user experience, test the input and output sound as well as your video before each session.

Hollywood companies use POPC Lounge to connect fans and celebrities for Meet&Greet (M&G) sessions (1 on 1) with celebrities. These are meetings where fans chat with their idols, ask them questions, or just say hello. They browse the event catalog, pick the one they like, and join it.
Connecting to M&G sessions
Users enter the event they want to participate in and get into the queue. They can see the time remaining until their turn.

When a fan’s turn comes, they get into a 1 on 1 session with a star. They chat, ask questions, etc. until the next in the queue is invited.

TransLinguist - Web platform for online live interpreting
TransLinguist is a remote interpreting solution. We built it suitable for simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, with automatic subtitles and AI-powered translation.
Hosting multilingual events
There can be more than just 1 interpreter to 1 language in the session. Users switch between languages with a drop-down selection to pick the desired language. Before starting a session, hosts can also choose between human and AI interpreters.
Ready for hybrid meetings
If all session participants are gathered up together in the same physical location and only interpreters are remote, first can hear the translation to their language in their headphones, they don’t have to connect on video.
Quick meeting connect
To hop on a meeting users follow an invite link. That’s it.
Sign language interpreters
TransLinguist provides a variety of sign languages: British, American, Irish, Italian, and International SL. To not get hearing-impaired participants confused between speakers, the user interface indicates who is being interpreted.
Closed captions & subtitles
Users enable closed captions while on a video session, TransLinguist uses AI to generate them.
Session transcript
With speech-to-text technology, users generate a post-meeting transcript of the session in each language.
Recordings
TransLinguist records sessions in each language and stores them on the platform for 30 days past the meeting. There’re 2 types of recordings:
for the whole meeting
for each language pair (the session host can choose whether they want to record the interpreter of the pair)
In-Session Chat
To facilitate communication between the host and interpreters, there’s a chat for sending attachments or direct messages — in case something goes wrong, for example.
Screen sharing
Participants share their screen to the rest of the group. People requiring SL translation will see their interpreter as good as the screen.
Slow-down indication
If someone is speaking too fast or indistinctly, interpreters notify the speaker about it with just one button. This ensures accurate human interpretation and speech-to-text transcription, CC, subtitles, and AI translation.
Audio fallback
The system automatically prioritizes audio streams and temporarily limits the video in case the user's connection is unstable.
Google Calendar integration
Users connect their Google accounts to TransLinguist, all scheduled calls automatically appear on their calendar grids with detailed info in description.
BlaBlaPlay - Anonymous Voice Chat
BlaBlaPlay is Fora’s own project. It is a mobile application (iOS, Android) for exchanging anonymous voice messages with random users from the feed.
Complete anonymity
When signing up, users choose random names and avatars the app suggests. They can shuffle them until they find the perfect match. BlaBlaPlay does not use real names and photos.
Long voice messages
On BlaBlaPlay, users can record voice messages up to 10 minutes long. Talk about any topic as long as you adhere to the app's rules.
Card swiping
Users listen to voice messages in the feed. They can swipe left the ones they don't want to discuss. And respond to the ones they like with a voice message.
Chat
After responding to a voice message, 2 users can start a chat. They send both voice and text messages, whatever they prefer.
Limited skips
Users can listen to up to 10 voice messages at a time. Each skip takes 1 hour to restore. To regain 1 immediately, users record a voice message in the feed.
Tunnel Video Calls - Secure video and audio chat for iOS and Android
Tunnel Video Calls is a mobile app for 1 on 1 calling that we developed ourselves. We also use it to showcase our clients what we’re capable of as a demo. And to call each other as well :)

One-on-one calls with no tracking
On Tunnel Video Calls, data travels with a peer-to-peer connection. This means that there’s no server between 2 participants that would store any kind of data, even callers’ IP addresses. And that means that it’s impossible for a third party to intrude in a call or collect information about it. Read more about WebRTC security.
No personal data required
Tunnel Video Calls doesn’t store ANY personal data at all. So users log in with their AppleID or Google account to start a call. If someone invited them, they don’t even need to log in—they use a room code.
Incognito mode
There’s the Incognito mode that won’t even let the app know a user had a call. It requires no login at all.
Personal rooms
On Tunnel Video Calls users can make a personal room with an individual name and an invite link. They’ll have to log in for this. The person they’ll invite, won’t.
Screen sharing
Users demonstrate what’s on your mobile phone screen. For when it’s just easier to show than explain.
Mindbox - Video surveillance management system
Mindbox is a video surveillance platform for monitoring incidents on-site. Used in Health care, security, retail, and more. We developed a video management system for them.
Device management
Admin adds surveillance devices to the system, groups them, and controls their working status. Super admin creates and manages admins’ accounts. Operators monitor devices, recordings, and events.
Monitoring
Watch live videos on the tile (several videos on the screen) and spotlight (one video pinned) modes. Admins manage devices remotely with Pan-Tilt-Zoom, take snapshots, and switch the recording on/off.
With dynamic monitoring, streams shift in the monitoring grid, after a preset number of seconds.
Region of Interest — ROI
Users outline the stream area to which motion detection and other analytics (in development) will apply.
Recording
Start recording a video manually, when the system detects motion on the camera, or schedule it for each surveillance device.
The system stores recordings on-premise – located within the physical confines of the company’s data center as opposed to running remotely on hosted servers or in the cloud. Download them with custom configurations: apply a watermark and/or timestamps to the recordings before downloading.
Playback and editor
Play recorded videos from multiple surveillance devices at a time.
Set brightness, contrast, and sharpness, apply the B&W filter, and crop videos and snapshots into fragments in the editor.
Video authenticity check
Check if an uploaded video has been modified. The system will compare it to other recordings made in the system and will give out the result: pass — for when it complies with another video, or fail — when it doesn’t.

TheLiveOffice makes video conferencing smoother emotionally and physically wise, reducing fatigue and eye pressure, and boosting productivity. That is thanks to the calming background and features “specifically designed” to reduce potential negative effects.

In TheLiveOffice users choose from a media library of “rooms” — still or animated backgrounds. Art-deco living room, eclectic office, seaside, or even Japanese garden — whatever feels comfortable for you today. There are paid and free options.

Worldcast Live
HD concert broadcasting to 10 000 viewers with less than a second latency.
There are many HD video broadcasting solutions for thousands of viewers. But in early 2020 we have not faced any on the Internet that does it with less than 1 second latency. HD audio and video broadcasting in high-resolution HD audio. Quality is like you play the song on your PC - bass, everything. Video is HD as well. If the viewer’s internet is poor, quality decreases automatically.

Web telemedicine and records keeping platform. The platform stores all the necessary information about patients and provides communication with doctors. Patients can choose a certain doctor and use their services by subscription.

And bang! Enjoy all the cool functions of WebcamXP, in a new, modern, intuitive and beautiful Netcam Studio web interface. Responsive: looks equally good on laptops, tablets, and phones.
Franchise Record Pool
Sony Music, Virgin Records, Universal and other less famous music producers upload tracks to Franchise Record Pool - FRP. DJs download them and mix. Web, iOS, Android and desktop apps. FRP unites 12 000 DJs.
- 720 000 tracks: 250 000 original tracks and 470 000 versions are in the FRP database.
- Original or remix in 2 clicks. Surfing the internet for the right remix takes time. In FRP each track has all the versions attached: original song, intro/outro, and remixes.
- BPM and key in front of track names. DJs see if the track suits at a glance. No need to download nor listen to. Having glanced at the beats per minute number, they know if the track is too slow or fast for their mix. And the key shows if it matches the tonality. Popular music streaming services aimed at the general public do not show this data.
- Legal. FRP checks proof documents for music ownership.
- SPINS downloader drops tracks right to Serato
We also developed a desktop downloader for FRP called SPINS. It is a small dashboard to search and download tracks. Serato is a virtual DJ panel where they make mixes (not ours). Place SPINS on top of Serato - and drag and drop tracks to mix right away. It saves when you’re performing at a club and someone orders a specific track, but you don’t have it. Add tracks to the queue to form the playlist.
- Chat with a DJ. Want your favorite song at a club? Open an app and ask the DJ in chat. And again FRP simplifies DJ life. Drag the song straight from the chat and drop to Serato.
- Chat DJ to DJ. SPINS shows who’s online of the DJs and his country. Check how they mix in Japan, the US, and all over the world.
- Music recognition. DJ clicks Microphone when at the club, and the track gets recognized. Music owner knows that that track played at that club at that time.
