Business Processes Update: EasyPay
EasyPay, a Ukrainian fintech leader, had reached stagnation after years of success and needed to modernize its operations and digital products to stay competitive.
The company faced declining market position due to lack of focus, absence of process analytics, and inefficient team organization, and required digitalization of operations, improved system usability, scalable infrastructure, and new features for their financial marketplace.
HUSPI provided consulting and development services — reorganizing teams and processes, adopting SCRUM, building BI monitoring, improving usability and scalability, launching updated web and mobile apps, and optimizing partner channels — which led to a 5.4× increase in gross profit, 4.7× boost in development efficiency, doubled conversion, +7% monthly user growth, and +20% partner satisfaction.
UHLD Health App
UHLD Universal Health and Life Design Sàrl aimed to create a scientifically validated holistic health app.
Needed a mobile app with UX/UI for emotional health tracking, wellbeing forecasts, and personalized accounts.
Designed and built the app with intuitive interfaces and predictive analytics, using Node, React, React Native, and MongoDB.
Order Management System: Egersund.ua
Orders were processed manually; initially requested only an eCommerce site, but business process review showed a need for a full system — central dashboard, smart delivery assignment, real-time menu updates, courier and customer apps, multilingual site.
Built an integrated ecosystem with web, mobile, and back-office systems, improving order management efficiency by 1,900%.
