The main problems faced by the client:
Fill out numerous forms in Excel, complete a ton of paperwork and papers that require human data entry, and handle it all.
Low security level. All levels of employees needed access to critical information in order to do the task, which raised the risk of information usage for fraudulent purposes.
Constant search for operators and drivers is required. They had this process set up badly, so it had a negative impact on the results.
Drivers and dispatchers were unable to communicate effectively, the driver's position was manually tracked, and status information was occasionally out-of-date.
Our solution:
We developed an action plan after carefully examining the client's request and challenges; ultimately, this helped us develop a system that would satisfy all of the client's requirements.
This system consists of three interconnected elements:

TMS system
A web application that allows dispatchers to monitor the status of the driver and car much more effectively, change information about them or create an invoice. Functionality has been developed for the manager, which allows them to easily monitor all activity, automatically calculate salaries and monitor the dynamics of orders and profit in percentage.
Document management system
A technology that makes it possible to generate PDF documents more quickly and create invoices with less manual input. Additionally, we developed a single document management system with easy navigation and various degrees of access for different levels of users in place of several Excel tables, which are challenging to deal with and lack security assurances.
Application processing system
For our client, we created a website where owner operators and drivers could learn more about the company and fill out a registration form. We also created an internal system for tracking completed applications and a system for their automatic processing.

Problems faced by our client
They had to hand complete a sizable number of PDF documents in order to produce the required paperwork. These documents frequently required the entry of the same information again. It took too long, and processing just one client took more than 30 minutes.
Additionally, it was required to manually input information and review it numerous times to ensure accuracy, which took a lot of time.
Even with an increase in staff, it was still unable to handle the growing number of consumers effectively.

Our Solution
In order to accomplish our objectives, we have created a web solution for automating the procedures for scanning documents, filling out fields in PDF forms, storing data, and utilizing it afterward. The manager just needs to input the data once with the aid of this solution, and it is then saved in the system without requiring repeated entry of the same information. The functionality also includes the ability to scan a driver's license or other documents to automatically fill out forms.

Our solution
To achieve the desired results, we have created a system made up of three components.
The user-friendly website was developed to draw in more clients and offer the option of scheduling appointments online.
Reduced customer service wait times and more accessible work for employees were made feasible by a system that automatically generated certificates for clients.
An internal mailing service that is tailored to the requirements of the customer and set up to send reminders automatically when certificates are ready to expire.
