Hiring developers for banking
Task: The bank was undergoing a digital transformation to create a neobank product with the transition to a new technology stack. Highload applications were being developed for B2B and B2C segments (more than 2 million users). Because of that, there were openings for senior+ level specialists.
Solution: We helped the company hire a large number of Java developers (backend), who assisted in the digitalization of banking products.
Strengthening recruitment for the R&D department
Task: The R&D department of the audit company Deloitte was looking for a recruitment partner to help open the first office and improve the results of hiring for various IT positions. The team develops projects for internal clients and local divisions of Deloitte around the world. Hiring managers paid special attention to the experience and expertise of candidates.
