ScanPay - a user-friendly web solution for ordering food at the table
ScanPay enhances the dining experience by enabling customers to effortlessly browse menus, place orders, and make payments through a user-friendly web solution activated by scanning a QR code at their table.

The scope of work for the ScanPay project involved developing a sophisticated web application and its supporting backend infrastructure aimed at transforming the restaurant dining experience through advanced digital integration.
Our team was responsible for creating a user-friendly platform that allows diners to efficiently browse menus, order food, and process payments directly from their smartphones after scanning a QR code provided at their tables.
Key tasks included integrating the app with the existing POS system and a payment gateway through APIs, ensuring real-time synchronization of menu data. We also developed a feature for group ordering, allowing multiple users to join a shared cart by scanning a QR code, with real-time updates and simplified final payment.
Maspex ContentBox - content creation process
ContentBox is the product tailored for the content creation process at Maspex, which is the biggest private company in Poland and one of the main grocery producers in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in more than 60 countries.
This product brings clarity into the process and helps to track the changes and new versions of the content, which are exchanged between the marketing and brand managers and the interactive agencies, media houses, and PR agencies working with them.
This tool streamlines communication by incorporating the necessary information, such as the brand details, channels of communications, release schedule, budgeting, and other relevant components. Currently, all the communication within more than 30 brands is managed by specialized marketing teams at Maspex using this product.

Invoice Gateway - settlement process optimization
Invoice Gateway is a web platform designed to optimize the discounting and billing process, benefiting all parties involved in transactions. It enables suppliers to receive early payments before the due date and allows buyers to earn a decent return on their invested cash.

Our main task was to build an MVP of a FinTech platform with essential features like creating and accepting offer templates, completing the entire process from scratch in just four months. We developed the web application using React and Node.js, with GraphQL to streamline data access and accelerate development. The project included integrating public business information databases for up-to-date contractor information, and choosing Comarch OCR for document scanning and Auth0 for secure authentication and authorization. Our role also involved supporting the client in technology and tool selection, ensuring efficient implementation of required features.
STERYLIS - an app for sterilizers' management
The STERYLIS app enhances the management of innovative disinfecting and sterilizing units by providing service technicians and users with quick access to live data. With just a click, users can view parameters and settings, making the operation of sterilizers more efficient.

We developed two applications: STERYLIS, an Internet-connected device management app, and STERYLIS Pure, a Bluetooth companion app for the client's sterilizing devices, both using the Flutter framework. The STERYLIS app required features for tenant selection, device metadata editing, and real-time display and configuration of device information. STERYLIS Pure was designed for device control, including discovery, connection, and operation over a custom protocol, while ensuring a seamless user experience despite Bluetooth intricacies.
Welliba - Employee Experience platform
Welliba’s employee experience platform enables companies to get to know the needs and experience of employees, whilst it gives feedback to employees that help them understand and improve their experience at work. EX+ uses activities, surveys, and polls designed by psychologists.

Welliba’s project aimed to expand their platform from a previous proof of concept, starting from scratch with a collaboration between LeanCode and Welliba's internal development team. The project scope included building the app's backend and infrastructure, a mobile application, and four web applications, all utilizing technologies like .NET, Azure, React, and Flutter. A significant focus was placed on data privacy and security, internationalisation for multiple languages, and smooth user authentication through magic links. LeanCode also provided IT consulting, aiding in technology stack decisions and leveraging their previous experience to ensure an efficient and effective development process.
Kontomierz - web app for finance management
Kontomierz is a powerful web application for personal finance management. Its main strength lies in its unique and intelligent transaction categorizer that outperforms comparable solutions available in most banking apps. With it, optimizing personal budgets becomes extremely easy and straightforward.

As a Fintech product, the Kontomierz app needed to adapt its design and features to the current market demands and trends. The LeanCode team, consisting of 2 Backend Developers, 2 Frontend Developers, a Product Owner, and a UX Designer, was responsible for the entire product development. From conducting workshops with the client dedicated to defining the main target groups and mapping user stories, through design implementation, to frontend and backend development - we handled it all.
Quittercheck - healthcare application
Quittercheck is a tool for those who want to quit smoking. Users commit to stopping smoking for a desired amount of time and declare the amount of money they will be charged if they fail. What is unique about the Quittercheck app is that it uses modern media, such as video - recorded by the user - to fight addiction.

LeanCode was asked to prepare an app that supports and automates collecting videos performed while doing a nicotine test. The app had to be available on both iOS and Android, so naturally, we picked Flutter for mobile and .NET for the backend. This project also required designing and implementing a video recording and upload process. We also created an admin app that lets administrators review users' videos and manage their payments.
LeanCode helped limit the scope of work to release the app in an iterative and timely manner. We proposed and implemented integration with the shipping & procurement provider to fully automate the order process.
The Audio Bible Superproduction - audio streaming application
The Audio Bible is an audiobook in the form of a radio play launched in February 2015 - lasting about 110 hours, being an audio adaptation of the most popular book in the world - the Holy Bible. This platform offers access to high-quality 3D recordings via a subscription payment model. It contains over 5000 tracks available in 3 languages.

The earlier version of the Audio Bible app used a partly customed solution from the Audioteka platform. However, it didn’t meet our client's requirements due to inefficient further development. Therefore, we had to start from scratch. Their main goals were: to change the payment model from a one-time purchase to a subscription model, to enable the client to manage prices depending on the user’s location (territory-specific prices), to implement the possibility of using gift codes.
LeanCode created a platform that can be further improved and developed when needed. Our structure allows entering new markets with different languages of content and gives almost endless flexibility regarding pricing adjustments.
Prospector - web application
Prospector’s primary goal is to help sales teams to boost their performance by delivering access to qualified prospects. It saves their time due to pitching their services to people who might be interested in buying. Search Builder is the main part of the Prospector system from the technical perspective. It allows one to walk through the vast list of filters and find companies, contacts, or insights precisely to users' needs.

We were asked to rebuild the product that had already been on the market. Our task was to build a new web application for Prospector with a seamless User Experience and consistent User Interface. Additionally, the new Platform required a payment tool for subscriptions and billing. Our client took advantage of our IT Consulting service, so the scope of work included both the development of the app, the analysis of current processes, and a proposal of the new solutions.
LeanCode’s team managed to deliver the application despite the challenges of data migration from legacy solutions. Our cooperation resulted in the system that thousands of Prospector’s clients have already been using.
Mindy - mindfulness application
The Mindfulness industry is a part of the HR Tech industry and is growing rapidly, led by major unicorn players like Headspace and Calm. Mindy would like to follow suit and address the mental needs of employees as a benefit. Mindy is a mindfulness app that allows users to relax and meditate with great content.

LeanCode was asked to build a state-of-the-art mobile application for iOS and Android. For this project, we have chosen the Flutter framework for mobile app development and .NET Core for the server side. The web-based admin app was built using ReactJS. Using this tech stack, we could focus on the biggest challenge, i.e., providing the unique ease of experiencing the mindfulness app comparable to the very high market standards.
Thanks to cooperating with LeanCode on this project, our Client received the fully functional system together with the infrastructure configuration for commercializing their mental health program. We have delivered a complex IT system within 4 months from the start of the work, which is an unprecedented speed.
CA24 Mobile - retail banking mobile app
CA24 Mobile is a modern banking app of Credit Agricole Bank Polska dedicated to retail clients. It's probably one of the biggest apps in Flutter in the world. The development team consisted of 25+ Flutter Developers working to build the next-generation iOS and Android applications.

Credit Agricole Bank Polska decided to become one of the leaders in digital banking. Their new application offers a unique customer experience and user interface. As a result, customers can manage their finances faster and conveniently - entirely remotely. The scope of work was divided into 12 squads, with different teams being responsible for selected parts of the customer journey. Two squads were non-functional and dedicated to supporting and managing the entire app framework.
The client needed a modern, reactive, and design-focused solution that would allow them to create apps for multiple platforms and chose Flutter as the best solution. LeanCode team operated in a tightly regulated environment, taking care of the complex delivery process which was using several different environments.

When you don't have time to visit your favourite beautician you can use BeautyCliuck to order them at home or in the office. Just find the proper specialist, book their calendar and pay for the service using mobile applications or website.
This is the classic booking/ordering system with multiple interfaces working in a marketplace mode with apps and websites for both users and beauticians to manage their bookings.
HR system for temporary recruitment in HoReCa
In HoReCa business managers struggle to manage the team during the periods of mixed demand with temporary peaks like sponsored parties or weddings. Often the need several people for temporary assignments. What they are looking for is a crew of experienced workers, with proven track record and recommendations from fellow restaurants / hotels so that they can make a quick scale with a quality workforce.
The main challenge behind the GastroJob project was to reflect the specific business processes like recruitment within the mobile app interface.
Future Collars- eLearning Platform
Future Collars is an e-learning platform which allows to conduct intensive interactive courses lead by mentors during daily webinars and virtual sessions. This platform meets the needs of the modern labour market by offering a flexible and effective e-learning model for individuals as well as corporations.
What is more, we have discovered that several parts of the final product are related to the existing technologies and there is no need to reinvent the wheel from scratch. Therefore in our final recommendations, we’ve decided to build an environment equipped with three tools widely used by developers: VS Code, Rocket Chat and ZOOM app for video conferencing.
Activy - well-being game based system
Motivating, engaging gamification for employees. The platform enables companies to organize complex sports tournaments related to the work and compete between the users to promote a healthy lifestyle.
From the product perspective the application implements advanced tracking and AI-based fraud detection systems.

If you decide to work with LeanCode you will experience a lot more than an usual relation between a client and a vendor: -> they understand businesses, not only technology -> they share their experience from building companies and products -> they have empathy combined with responsibility And they are really lean - both for small and big clients. I experienced a long entrepreneurial journey with them. At the beginning as a founder I was the part of the development team working as a full time Product Owner and Manager. At the next stages we included our in-house junior PO and backend developer. It was experimental but works really well as guys from LeaCode are also very open to test new approaches. LeanCode taught us how to build great product effectively. They introduced all the popular tools and frameworks to our team which had zero experience at the beginning.
