HR system for temporary recruitment in HoReCa
In HoReCa business managers struggle to manage the team during the periods of mixed demand with temporary peaks like sponsored parties or weddings. Often the need several people for temporary assignments. What they are looking for is a crew of experienced workers, with proven track record and recommendations from fellow restaurants / hotels so that they can make a quick scale with a quality workforce.
The main challenge behind the GastroJob project was to reflect the specific business processes like recruitment within the mobile app interface.
Future Collars- eLearning Platform
Future Collars is an e-learning platform which allows to conduct intensive interactive courses lead by mentors during daily webinars and virtual sessions. This platform meets the needs of the modern labour market by offering a flexible and effective e-learning model for individuals as well as corporations.
What is more, we have discovered that several parts of the final product are related to the existing technologies and there is no need to reinvent the wheel from scratch. Therefore in our final recommendations, we’ve decided to build an environment equipped with three tools widely used by developers: VS Code, Rocket Chat and ZOOM app for video conferencing.
